Very warm and helpful staff , we had wonderful stay there. They make fresh breakfast . Even helped us to get the luggage from the road . Language was a bit problem for international tourist ( not only in the hotel but whole of Mardin) but with their warmth , helpful nature and technology it wasn’t a big deal actually ! It was a wonderful stay .

Fabulous - incredible hotel with the best terrace and the best breakfast ever ! Gülıstan the manager is delightful and whole experience was sublime. The traditional room is furnished with copper accents and the best luxurious bathtub - I want one! Love it! Can’t wait to return

amazing beautiful hotel in a historic mansion. copper bath and fireplaces in the room was amazing touch. location is amazing in the old city overlooking the plain beneath. incredible view from the terrace. Also the best turkish breakfast i’ve ever had.

A charming quiet retreat with wonderful views and one of the best breakfasts we have had in turkey . It's quite a walk to the Main Street but worth the effort , Gulistan on the front desk was particularly helpful and allowed us to select rooms as the hotel was not busy during our stay

This hotel I suddenly discovered while I was browsing TripAdvisor. Since I am in Mardin now I made it a point to go there Mr Ersin greeted me with a good cup of coffee at this magnificent world heritage building The building of the hotel is 800 years old and to stay till today it looks magnificent This building has been declared as world Heritage Building Mr.Ersin was kind enough to explain all the details and showed me the rooftop from where you can have a beautiful view There is no doubt that lovers of history will definitely love to spend some time in this historic place ..now a hotel

The way to the hotel was very mystic and interesting. You enter through the door and you are in another world. We were greeted with a very refreshing homemade drink. We stayed in the junior suite, which had a copper bathtub, among other things. The room was very well furnished, with a mini bar, bathrobe, Marshall speakers, etc. The bed was on a stone, the mattress very comfortable. The cook Medine really can cook more than well! The food was incredibly delicious; seven different meze, dolma (stuffed vine leaves, stuffed eggplant, peppers, and stuffed zucchini), and other traditional delicacies from Mardin. I can highly recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mirsoum Han Hotel in Deluxe Suite No. 3. The service was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent, lovingly prepared with options like potato-egg omelets. The room was stunning. For parking, it's best to use the "Kapali Otopark" next to "Cumhuriyet Meydani." From there, you can easily reach the hotel via the stairs, as it is located in the heart of the old town. Highly recommended!

Accommodation, room layout, friendliness and attention of the employees, politeness, quality of breakfast and food products, the taste was great, the view is priceless, thank you for everything, The room architecture was also very beautiful. I can't wait to experience it in the fall.

This hotel is such a great find. If you aren’t from around here keep in mind that the location is in the old city so you won’t be able to drive your car all the way to the hotel. Park at the bottom of the hill and walk up. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated and modern. The staff is friendly and the views are incredible. Can’t wait to come back!
