Oceanfront, Pool, Dock, Kayak Relax on your next Keys trip. We offer a dock for your boat (4-5 ft. draw), paddle boards, and kayaks. Wheelchair accessible. Bed Configuration: Room 1: 1 king, Room 2: 1 king, Room 3: 1 King Loft/Additional area: 1 king sofa bed + 1 trundle (2 single beds.) The house has 2 bathrooms: 1 bedroom has a bathroom attached, Rooms 2 & 3: Share 1 bathroom. Please keep in mind the following fees and let us know if you bring any of these... Boats: $350 fee per boat to stay at our private dock Pets: $350 per pet (for the whole stay) We have one exterior camera that is directed towards the dock. Only records dock and lake activity. Located on the back wall by the pool.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Best house ever!!!!!! Best house ever. Very friendly host and ready to please with any requests. The beds were top quality. The house is perfect for families, the kitchen is great to cook, they have games, fishing poles and is very clean. We have never seen such beautiful sunsets. Easy to get to from anywhere in the country. Marathon is a unique destination, great food, quaint and you don’t get tired of coming back every year. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE.
