This is a most satisfying experience. The hotel's design is very unique and the scenery is beautiful. The hot spring water is natural, making my skin smooth after soaking. I'm quite grateful to the lobby manager, Lv. He's warm and generous, with attentive and meticulous service. Always thinking from the guests' perspective, he offered me lots of help. I'll surely come again when passing by next time.

It is a nice hotel in a beautiful but remote location that suits self driving. Hailing a ride is a challenge Not much to do in rainy season so really for hard core hot spring fans or people wanting a peaceful get-away to do nothing Transfer to high-speed rail station only twice a day on a little tired old van so don’t expect a Sheraton worthy experience Staff are helpful and friendly though some can do with more training. Management is a bit too hands off and perhaps need to step up the game a bit on guest experience overall Pockets of surprises such as the night show on the lake and morning tai chi lesson on the hill. Food very average with 50% of the food served at buffet dinner being the same as breakfast. Can consider introducing more local specialties and educate guests about them

I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Sheraton. The room was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The hotel’s expansive garden, with its beautiful landscaping, was a highlight—a perfect oasis for relaxation and a refreshing escape from the busy city. I highly recommend the Sheraton for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and enjoyable stay!

AAA service , AAA room Hotel is very new, very clean, very good landscape, The hotsprings next door are great but most important are the staff that is always pending to give you services without even asking. The manager Hao Lan helped us make this stay memorable, thanks tou Mr Lan ! Great stay! Highly recommended!

Although the hotel is a bit far away from city it was an amazing experience. Rooms were clean and didn't smell dusty. Hallways were neat and quiet. All staff from front desk to cleaning staff were friendly. Only one fault was when showering the water will go to boiling hot then ice cold. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax in peace and quiet. My baby enjoyed feeding the koi fish and watching the performance at night.

Definitely 5 stars experience. Staffs are very helpful, and treating us like VIP. Rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. Highly recommend for family taking a get away vacation here.

服務：酒店主動免費幫我們升級了園景帶泡池的房間，景觀一流，入住後發現一個房間內有與隔壁房相通的暗門，我們剛好兩大兩小訂了兩個房間，就讓前台iris幫忙調擠到暗門相通的兩個房間，更方便了我們照顧孩子，不用經常從房門口出出入入了，服務值得一讚。 環境：酒店園林設計與自然環境融為一體，是為數不多的注重園林景色很好的酒店，在酒店周邊及山上的每棵樹的枝椏上，都綁上了桃花作裝飾點綴，很用心，遙望猶如漫山遍野都長滿了桃花，與亭台樓閣、小橋流水相輝映。 玩樂：水上樂園及温泉水質也乾淨，高處的滑道有一半無開，最離譜是沖浪池徒有虛名，衹有DJ唱歌的熱情，缺了浪花揚起的快意，沖浪池完全無浪可言，問工作人員説就是這樣了，孩子們失望而回（可能酒店遊客不多，為了省電費吧）～ 餐飲：帶孩子不想往外走了，查附近外賣顯示3小時才能送到，就選擇了酒店的自助晚餐，住客成人198/人，品種大眾化，基本一般的都有，不過不失，就圖方便省時。

感謝管家呂健平Kevin的幫助，升到能看到表演的泡池房了，每天都有新鮮水果送上門~整個房間的清潔衞生都很好，服務非常到位！住的太舒服了沒有拍房間內的照片，但是拍了室外的孔雀，整個酒店做的越來越好了~

服務細心，事前有打來了解需求，有禮周到，熱情服務。來到之後主動把房間升級至泡池房，景觀好，還有浪漫佈置，晚上可以看到表演。但不知為什麼沒有果盤，我見其他房間是有的。晚餐海鮮豐富，有蠔有鮮魚，性價比不錯，早餐水準可以，選擇較多，西式麵包很好吃。溫泉要就3分鐘可以坐電瓶車，溫泉晚上有表演，早上沒有人包場，可是清潔 大隊在剪草洗池，有些設施沒有開放，比較掃興。廁所沒什麼味道，但看到天然水管噴出，應該是真溫泉。房間用料是好，但沒有智能家具，比較遜色。玻璃露台圍欄沒有打掃，滿是水漬，阻礙看風景。庭院花園養了很多錦鯉。很有自然氣息。 $1000價格住到升級房包早餐和晚餐還有不錯的溫泉可以考慮。還有一段小插曲，一開始導航去錯了附近浪漫海岸另一間喜來登，多花了半小時才到達酒店。
