A perfect place for a couple or single person to relax. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed , closet to hang clothes and a TV. Also, there is a lazy boy and small table to sit at to read or write postcards!
The cozy living room has a new couch and TV. 5 minute walk to historic Manistee and Manistee River. Close to all the beaches.
Guest access the apartment using the door on the left hand side of the property labeled as 12 1/2 Clay St.
Bath only with handheld /mounted shower for sit down shower only due to lower headroom.
Small chair provided.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 13-17.Please inquire if younger than 13 years old..About customRules:shoes off please

Great Host
Scott was awesome! I arrived early, several hours before check-in. Contacted Scott and he was so accomidating! If you have any questions or needs, just reach out to Scott. He will respoind very quickly. I definately would stay here again!

Absolutely outstanding host
The rental was perfect - exactly what we needed during our weekend stay in Manistee. But what was even more phenomenal was the host - I have never had a host as communicative and helpful as him; he helped us solve a problem completely unrelated to our VRBO that really made our trip. Truly above and beyond customer service, and just overall an extremely kind person. Would absolutely 100% book this VRBO again on a future trip.

Charming apartment
The apartment was very cozy and charming. Great property close to down town. Property owner was very responsive with communication.
