⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ottimo! Molto raccomandato. Sala pulita e non profumata.Ambiente piacevole. Il personale di questo hotel era così amichevole e utile. Favano del nostro soggiorno così piacevole e confortevole.

Il buono: 1. Punto di prezzo - Questo è un hotel a prezzi accessibili, senza fritte, semplice. 2. Camera pulita - essere un hotel piuttosto nuovo, la camera, bagno, letto, sentieri, ecc sono ancora molto puliti e ben mantenuti. 3. Personale piacevole - La gente è generalmente carina e utile qui. 4. Posizione - Situato nel parco commerciale di Madrigal, Alabang. Molito è appena vicino. Il Bad: 1. Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

Rooms - spacious (we booked the Deluxe Twin and Deluxe King); electrical outlet & usb port located only at the front (near tv) - none by the bed (well, at least for the room I got) Amenities - didn’t try but they have a pool and rooftop bar Location - fastfood (mcdonald’s) at the front of the hotel; very big mall a few minutes away (by foot) Breakfast - have choices but not that many

Ho già controllato due volte all'Hotel B e abbiamo recentemente prenotato il nostro soggiorno qui per il nostro anniversario tutto quello che posso dire è che non si disapprovano mai per farci sentire benvenuti ☺️ Devo dire, è stato un piacere assoluto. Ci sono stati accolti caldamente dalla guardia, dai ricevitori del front desk e dai camerieri che hanno avuto un'incredibilmente utile e attenta durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. L'hotel stesso era pulito, elegante e ben progettato e mi fa sentire come se stessi soggiornando in un posto di alta qualità. La mia camera era spaziosa e immacolatamente pulita, con un comodo letto e tutte le attrazioni che mi servivano durante il mio soggiorno. Renz, che è il cameriere in quel momento, vorrei ringraziare per avermi chiesto cosa ho bisogno e per aver fornito tutte le mie richieste. Vorrei anche ringraziare i ricevitori di front desk Madz, tin, pau e abbi che hanno assicurato che il nostro soggiorno sia stato regolare e tutte le nostre richieste sono state rispettate. Inoltre ci hanno offerto la navetta che è in tempo quando chiediamo di prendere e di scendere. Se si sta per attuare questo , non ha senso addestrare il personale così tutti sono sulla stessa pagina? Quindi, qual è il punto di questo controllo web in allora? Quindi, anche con questo sistema in vigore, il processo di controllo era dolorosamente lento e ci voleva molto tempo perché il desk front stava prendendo il tempo con tutte le loro forme di carta e cercando di capire come funzionavano le cose. In secondo luogo, la nostra prenotazione era per 3 pach, ma la camera - set era per due. Quindi abbiamo chiesto di avere delle attrezzature per la terza persona. Our dining experience was one of the most memorable, considering the ambiance and the musical band served as the cherry on top. If you think good music and good food pair well together, then choosing to dine and stay at Vivere Hotel would be the right choice for you. Not to mention, the service was really great despite arriving on a busy Friday night. The servers never failed to greet us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. All in all, I aim to come back with my friends another time as I really enjoyed my time there and Vivere Hotel's hospitality would definitely be one of the reasons why I'd choose them over any hotel in the south.

Booked a 2-night stay. Day 1: Used Waze to find the place, so we went directly to the parking entrance at the back. We were told we needed a pass that is given out at the front desk. The road was a one-way street, so we had to maneuver in a narrow street. Since I was already at the front desk, I decided to checked in. We checked in 2 hours after the supposed check in time, yet the room was not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes, but I was told our check out time was pushed back for 2 hrs. I appreciate that, but only because our purpose of staying was a staycation, so we're not really particular about the time. However, here we go again with the parking issue. I stayed at the lobby with my parents and sister to wait for our room while my brother and his girlfriend parked the car. My brother called me to say there's no space available and complained that the parking area was super tight. He also said the attendant was not helpful and simply told him the obvious, ”Sir, walang available,” then walked away without even suggesting somewhere else to park. My brother called me again to ask for assistance. I approached someone from the front desk. He asked the lobby guard to tell the parking attendant to let us park at the second level. Idk what's the issue with that. A private parking area, I guess? When my brother got there, there was also no available space. The attendant again said the same thing and added we could park outside. Note that there was typhoon Paeng at that time, so my brother didn't want to park outside. He called me again, and again I asked for help. The lobby guard personally went to the parking area to assist my brother. That was the one good thing to have happened so far. While waiting for the elevator, the group behind us also encountered the same problem. They chose to park at the commercial area across the street and asked the hotel to compensate the fee. As for the room, I have stayed in a place managed by HII before, so it's fair to say I'm beyond disappointed. The furniture and the fixtures look really old. There were stains on the chairs. Between the two bathrooms, one has a stained toilet bowl, the other has a lingering stink that my sister described as the smell when someone just pooped. The worst part was that that bathroom is the one inside the master's bedroom. I could smell the stink while on the bed. Good thing my mom brought an extra alcohol spray, but the smell was still there. The sliding door of the shower area was also broken and the water temperature was difficut to control. Of the three bedrooms, there is only one tv. The other tv is in the living room. My booking was a room good for 6 adults, but the things prepared (slippers, chairs, plates, cutleries) were only for 3. No hand towels. Ordered room service for dinner, was told food would be delivered in 1 hour. It was 15 mins late. Plus they only allow cash as mode of payment. Very unusual for a hotel. At least the bed, sheets, and pillows looked decent. We

Ho visitato le Filippine per un mese di lavoro in marzo e si trovava a Alabang. Mi sento molto fortunato di essere stato prenotato all'Hotel e Apartments Somerset, perché è stato un luogo davvero fantastico per soggiornare. Aveva uno dei loro appartamenti al piano 13 e le viste erano sorprendenti. Le strutture fornite erano brillanti. L'unica cosa che mi riguardava era che la doccia non era molto potente. Ho fatto rapporto, e avevano la testa del doccia pulita per cercare di migliorare il flusso, ma purtroppo non c'era alcun cambiamento. In nessun modo era davvero un problema, quindi ero felice di lasciarlo andare, perché il doccia era ancora utile. Se invece avessi pagato per la stanza, invece che per la mia compagnia, avrei chiesto loro di guardarla di nuovo; il buffet di colazione non era troppo per il mio gusto, ma c’era una scelta piuttosto ampia per coloro che amavano quello che avevano offerto. I menu per pranzo e cena erano molto meglio e avrei davvero raccomandato la pizza o il hamburger perché sono deliziosi. Ci sono anche una vasta gamma di bevande disponibili. La piscina e la zona di piscina sono molto ben mantenute e sicuramente ho fatto uso di questo quotidiano. C'era un uomo che lavorava all'hotel, che ho visto intorno alla piscina, chiamato Christianne. Era sempre così gentile, accogliente, ospite e amichevole. Era molto bene a guardare gli ospiti e si assicurava che fossero felici e confortevoli. Egli è venuto da me ogni giorno per chiedermi come sono stato e se avevo bisogno di qualcosa. La casa e la ricezione sono assolutamente bellissime e ancora una volta, il personale era sorprendentemente benvenuto e amichevole. Infatti, il personale in tutte le aree dell'hotel era grande. Di solito incontrate uno o due membri del personale di gruppo, ma non questa volta. Ero a lavorare le notti e la mia bellissima signora di pulizia lavorava intorno, sempre pulendo la mia stanza alle 5 di ogni giorno dopo avermi chiesto quale era il mio tempo preferito. Vorrei ricordare il suo nome perché era assolutamente carina. Se finissi un altro viaggio d'affari a Alabang in futuro, chiederò di essere nuovamente messo in questo hotel.
