Manila: hotel sulla spiaggia

Subito dopo il check-in, c'è stato uno strano rumore, quindi quando ho chiesto informazioni, mi è stato detto che il rumore della ristrutturazione non era un problema. Ero preoccupato per l'odore della stanza, quindi quando ho chiesto una stanza alternativa, l'hanno facilmente cambiata in un piano inferiore. Tuttavia, la finestra era bloccata nella stanza accanto all'ascensore. Il bucato che ho ordinato non è arrivato in tempo, due bottiglie di acqua minerale al giorno erano esaurite e l'hotel ha creato opportunità per comunicare in inglese. Non riesco a trovare alcun motivo per scegliere questo hotel tra i tanti hotel.

Great hotel for it's price. Get the Tower Wing which is newer and renovated. Can tell the staff really go the distance where they can and it's like a localized Shangri La of sorts. Just one bug bear else it would've been 5 stars all the way. The hotel seems to be really, really rigid and they have some weird policies. Me and the wife like to call in call masseurs after a long day from a reputable company in Manila (the masseurs are properly uniformed etc). We informed the front desk that would be doing so. But were told ”any guests staying over after 10pm will get an extra guest charge” I reiterated like 4 or 5 times that these were masseurs and they would be gone 90 mins after they finished. They were not staying. I called the masseurs anyway. As expected they were stopped downstairs. I had to come down in my sleepwear and explain to the female receptionist on Duty (11 Nov 2023 around 11pm) the same explanation above. She called probably her boss then told me in a very condescending tone ”I will give you an exception ONLY ONCE. next time you will be charged an extra guest charge” I disputed again that they are not guests. She showed me a policy document I had signed upon checking in that said ”any guests or visitors STAYING in the hotel after 10pm are subject to the guest charge.” I reiterated, they are masseurs, they are not STAYING. She rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. Really shocking and it really took away everything else we loved about this hotel. I couldn't bear to give 1 star as everyone else worked really hard. Another weird thing if you in the morning buffet their staff will pick the food for you and they seem to be a little bit weird and stingy for example when you're asking for vegetables they will give you one piece of broccoli . You have to literally ask multiple times if you want like three or four pieces of broccoli or cauliflower. I presume this is done for hygiene purposes but they could maybe start by asking ”more or less”? The morning Buffet goes from 7am to 10am and is a really amazing spread. They told me ”last call is at 9am” which means you can't enter after 9am despite it ending 1 hour later. I guess this is due to the large crowds

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Durante la mia visita, la TV via cavo è rimasta spenta per tutta la notte - non eccezionale che nessuno potesse essere facilmente trovato alla reception durante il turno di notte. Ma nel complesso vale un soggiorno. Le camere sono di buone dimensioni e tutti i negozi, bar e centri commerciali di Malate / Ermita sono raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre ci sono molte lavanderie in quest'arera, quindi puoi risparmiare un pacchetto se vuoi fare il bucato da solo. . .

Io sono un bel posto nel mezzo della città piena. Pulizia e confortevole. Porta balcone bloccata. Rumore ambientale stradale dietro la finestra. Nessuna vista di interesse reale. Piscina a lattice, piscina da bagno e un caldo jacuzzi fuori.

L'hop Inn è un posto perfetto per la mia transazione. È solo molto accessibile. Molto hotel pulito. Mi riposo bene dopo il mio stressante giorno. E molti ristoranti intorno all'angolo. Ho goduto il mio soggiorno e certamente sarò un cliente regolare in questo hotel.

This is one of the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in Philippines as I would like to give this hotel a 5 stars and above rating about restaurants it’s served the best western food and the most amazing it’s the staff at reception desk did a fantastic extended 2 hours check out time which is great for as our fight time is after 7.25 pm for food at breakfast restaurant was very well worth

Miglior servizio, il personale del desk front are polite.La posizione è grande, è a pochi passi dalla catena alimentare e centro commerciale. Le strutture sono buone. L'unità che avevamo ha una splendida vista sulla Baia di Manila dal 49° piano. L'unità è pulita e ben mantenuta, nessun problema è stato affrontato, e hanno anche una migliore velocità di Internet. Molto raccomandato per il soggiorno o per un soggiorno più lungo. Sarà prenotato di nuovo presso Regency Grand Suites.

Il personale che ospitava, ma ho chiesto di trasferire la stanza per rilassarmi, perché c'è un'altra conseguenza nell'altro edificio che sarete irritati dal rumore che ho solo bisogno di rilassarmi e di avere una pace di mente dal lavoro

Tutti i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli e amichevoli. Camminare al centro commerciale Robinson ５ minuti 〜. 7-11 è anche a distanza a piedi. Credo sia meglio scegliere la stanza con la finestra. Con denti, lavaggio d'acqua e sapone Non ho un turbinaio, quindi penso sia meglio portarlo dal Giappone. I miei capelli sono brevi, quindi non m'importa, perché quando vado fuori, il tempo è caldo e si seccherà tra cinque minuti.
