Disgusting rooms, bed and towel both had stains on them, staff was very rude and dismissive. Bathroom had towels from previous guest on the floor, tub was nasty.

The staff are so sweet here. I was stranded in Manhattan for 4 days and stayed here for 2 of the days. The room was clean and pretty quiet. The only downside was the key reader didn't work to my room so I had to have staff let me in every time I had left. The location is fantastic. Walkable to so many things and very safe.

The staff was incredibly rude! We had concerns about our room. Mold in the bathtub. Hole in the shower area. The phone didn’t work. The a/c was the brink of death. Went down to the office and the rude lady with black hair working the front desk said she does not care about our stay and if we didn’t like it we could leave. I told her to refund all my money back and of course that wasn’t possible. I emailed their manager and the manager doesn’t seem to take the issues seriously. I would not recommend staying there ever. It’s a run down motel. Worst Super 8 I have ever experienced.

Cheap spot, obviously very old and in desperate need of some new furnishings. I came for work, and trying to work in the room was a no go because the desk was so lousy and the chair was broken. Staff were nice. Breakfast was bad; continental meant bread, Cheerios and a waffle maker; no pastries or any variety any of the days I was there.

They couldn’t find our reservation to start, headed towards our room and floors had food on them. Had to hold the door handle up while swiping card as the door didn’t work correctly. Room was old and walls had holes from prior decor or something and also scratches on the walls. Bed cover had something on it. Didn’t end up staying there, we left and stayed with friends. When we checked out we were told the system was down so we just left the door cards and left

My only complaint was on Sunday morning, going down to get breakfast.....Coffee was good once the front desk person told me grumpily where the auxiliary pot was....but unless you wanted to make a waffle...there wasn't much else [some apples[?], bread for toast, packet of instant oatmeal] scale of 1 to 10, maybe a 5

The bathroom had a sewer odor. There was a black ring around the floor mat. We picked it up and realized the odor was coming from the mat that had a thick layer of black mold.

The front desk staff were lovely and kind. The room was as clean as it could be. But, you get what you pay for. The property is run down. Hallways and common areas were dirty. I would have loved to have seen the carpet gone in the rooms especially. Too hard to get carpet clean. I also wished i would have been able to crack the window open in the room for fresh air.
However, I do appreciate a low cost option. Again, you get what you pay for. If you want a little nicer, spend a little more! But again, appreciated the kindness of the staff!
