Breakfast was ok, bed was terrible, room and hotel were very dirty like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Bathroom had not been cleaned and the carpet had not been vacuumed

Terrible, we checked in and there were no sheets on the bed, and the bathroom was not clean. Got a different room and it smelled terrible. Got another room, and had used towel, still wet in the bathroom, sheets had blood on them. We left.

Very dirty even after being given a second room. Trying to get a refund as I booked 2 nights and did not stay at all due to the condition of the property.

The service was abysmal. They were unaccommodation and impolite. They did not have the room we booked (a king) and acted like they did me a favor by giving me a double queen. I did not want that, it is not what I booked. They failed to mention it upon check in and when I asked the front desk they mentioned off handed that it was due to a lack of cleaning staff. Upon forgetting an item in the room they would not allow me to retrieve it. They said it was likly locked in the lost and found, to which they did not have the key, and they would not be able to access it until the cleaning staff came in the morning (we come by at 5pm). There was considerable trash and debris under the bed and the lock on exterior of the building was completely broken off. The fitness area was out of use, there was no mention of this before booking or at the desk. All and all very unpleasant.

It was a dump The hotel was dirty. The bathroom had mold on the floor. And best of all there was no elevator for a three story hotel. It was pretty much a dump.

Needs updating Carpet dirty. The person handling the breakfast food didn’t wear gloves.
