The condo is located on the corner of College and Kimball with stunning views of Bill Snyder Stadium. The unit has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as 2 full bathrooms. During the warmer months you can enjoy the pool with grilling stations. Great home base
We had a wonderful stay at this property as a family of 5. The location was perfect. It was quiet and clean. It was the great home base for three days in Manhattan. The owner was very responsive.

Great place
Perfect place for family. Very clean and up to date. Great location. Only minutes from everything. Only down side is the Beds are more on the harder side, the pillows were perfect, fluffy and comfortable. Would stay again.

Fabulous Place to Stay in MHK
Stayed at this lovely condo with four other moms for Mom’s Weekend and it was the perfect place for us! The condo was so clean and well equipped. The check-in process was smooth and the owner was super responsive to my messages (even when I clearly hadn’t checked the cabinets well enough and asked a silly question). I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Manhattan!

Accommodating Well Decorated Space
Comfortable, roomy, clean and perfect for our family of 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Near the stadium, you can’t go wrong with this place, we would definitely stay here again.
