Hotel in zona Michael Kors Collection, Manhasset

* Parking - small lot under the hotel between the poles everywhere- hard to navigate and park near but space is limited and it is NY so I get it. *Location- nice centrally located in surprisingly high end area. Great food right nearby. * Service- let me just say the housekeeper was great! Friendly and takes pride in her work. In sharp contrast though, the front desk staff female - needs some serious customer service training. Walked inside to check in to her finishing an obvious personal call by the context and a hand being thrown up to us as we waited for her to finish making her after work plans. Simple Issues during check in that became larger on her part as we obviously inconvenienced her and she literally argued room type listed in printed copy of reservation. Get through that and then sent to room and Room 1 - no heat or ac working, floor creaking and uneven which was odd, weird smell (assuming from ac issue). Returned to desk to discuss and she sadly, seemed to enjoy the fact there was an issue. So sent us and all our stuff to Room 2- bed great surprisingly comfy bathroom clean, older room but is just a place to lay your head while in town. Keys however mysteriously kept not working but ironically enough only when she was on shift over the course of several days. Male morning desk person, very friendly and helpful with directions. He always was being personable with guests other than ourselves, obviously enjoys his job. *Room 2 was directly under room 1 which became occupied on day 2 and we spent the next two days in the evenings listening to extremely loud floor squeaks as the guests above us moved. They were night owls and this went well into the night. We ended up meeting them at breakfast and it was an interesting conversation as they noticed all the same listed above. *Breakfast- decent but no home run. For age and size of hotel, it was well set out and had what you needed to start the day. I would strongly say to just stay somewhere else. It was clean which was good but overall even as a place just to lay your head it is best to avoid.

i’m very satisfied with this hotel i took my vendors for Dinner what a wonderful experience, food was amazing!! very polite staff, very relaxing atmosphere , highly recommend try this hotel!!very good location in heart of Roslyn !!must try

Il servizio dell'hotel è entusiasta, non sappiamo il linguaggio, ma attraverso la comunicazione e la gestazione, il soggiorno è molto facile.Il rullo di uova per la colazione è buono.La decorazione della stanza è semplice ma molto pulita.

La data è andata storta il check-in ritardato ci ha fatto fare tardi a tutto? - arrivare in hotel e rendersi conto che c'è un deposito ”tassa di sicurezza” è molto più della tariffa della camera a notte e molto più di quanto abbia mai pagato in un hotel! Non era elencato in viaggio. Pertanto, io e il mio compagno non eravamo a conoscenza di 250 $ in aggiunta a 150 $! Nessuna colazione continentale calda come menzionato qui / solo sacchetti per la colazione con un panino caldo che è di cattivo gusto!

Non mi consiglio che la mia doccia non funzionava, molto freddo e frigorifero e microonde sul pavimento

Ho avuto un bel tempo per stare in questo hotel. E' stato bello e confortevole essere qui all'hotel Norwich. Lo consiglio.

La stanza è un po'piccola, ma l'arteria locale è una stanza di migliaia di persone, e c'è una che può vivere

Mio marito e io abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel la settimana scorsa mentre visitavo il tennis aperto degli Stati Uniti. Volevo stare in un nuovo posto moderno e pulito e perfettamente adatta a tutti. Quando siamo arrivati a LGA abbiamo chiamato e la navetta dell'hotel è arrivata e ci ha preso a mezzogiorno. check-in è stato veloce e facile. Dirò che il rumore dell'aria condizionata è 100% corretto. ci siamo arrivati a mezzogiorno e una volta nella stanza ero come quello che è la cacca. Fortunatamente la stanza era cool e la chiudemmo per la notte. Il giorno dopo abbiamo lasciato l'aria perché saremmo andati e la stanza era abbastanza fredda da spengere la gomma a notte. passeggiando a piedi allo stadio del tennis. ci siamo sentiti al sicuro dopo il gioco a circa 1 a prendere il 7 treno indietro un fermo e camminare 10 minuti all'hotel.Per gli scopi dell'US Open per me questo è il miglior hotel.Tutti gli altri vicino LGA avevano orribile Recensioni. Questo hotel è bellissimo, nuovo e moderno. Hanno anche un caffè conveniente. Avendo il 7 treno vicino è un enorme plus. In generale, sarò tornato a questo hotel.
