Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Mangalore

Un vero valore per l'hotel, la ricezione, la custodia della casa, il servizio in camera, tutto era perfetto, anche la posizione è buona. Solo il problema è la TV, il fornitore di TV via cavo utilizzato è terribile, nessuno guida, ogni volta che si deve cercare. Abbiamo avuto 3 camere, la distanza dalla TV via cavo era inutile ovunque, ma questo può essere ignorato, con molte opzioni alimentari è un ottimo hotel

Very average for a 4-star hotel. My flight arrived a little late so I called them in the afternoon itself and told them to hold my room with a queen bed specifically... but when I arrived they gave me a room with two single beds. As a tall person, it was very hard to sleep. They only switched me to a new room the next day when I insisted the next day. There was no bell hop when I arrived, I had to carry my own luggage to my room. Nobody to point me in the direction of the room also. Also when checking out, the doorman was missing. I had to hold the heavy luggages in one hand on the other hand hold the open the door before it closed. It was a hassle. The people in the front desk can be more friendly and smiling. Lastly, the food was quite good but some items were missing. I wanted to to order pasta but they said that all italian dishes were unavailable even though they had it on the menu. Also, they ran out of most of their food in the breakfast buffet in the morning. You have to come early otherwise most of the food will be gone. They don't have enough for every guest. Many items like chicken sausages, veg cutlets, muffins, etc., were missing. Not even one piece was there. I expect better from a 4 star hotel. It was an average experience.

Pros - property is well maintained. With kind spoken adequate staff. Cons - our prior booking was for 2 adult and 2 children. Property also confirmed the same when we recieved call. However we ended up paying 1000 extra for extra bed inspite of prior booking for 4 on make my trip. There are many activity here which will keep you busy entire day. Children s loved this place. You need the be ready to spend double for your food if you are visiting on a weekend as property charges 650- per person for lunch and separate 650- per person for dinner which is on a higher side.

Embarking on our South India tour from the UK, ***galore unexpectedly became a stopover, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. Royal Plaza Suites, foremost, has a super location that is an arms throw away from major tourist sites and Malls in Mangalore city. Coupled with that, the spank cleanliness of the room, complete with all amenities like covered car parking, ironing board, fridge, kettle, free sauna, powerful AC right down to shoe shine was a real deal clincher, more so, considering it was reasonably priced. The staff were exceptionally courteous and, specifically, the security guards who were always available even at odd hours to guide you, into and out of the parking slot. For a small consideration, the security guard will even wash your dusty car. The complimentary breakfast buffet was stupendous. The room service from the vegetarian restaurant, Coconut Grove or the other non-veg restaurant, whose name escapes me at the moment, was quick and the food tasty. All in all, i wouldn't in the least bit hesitate to recommend this hotel enough to travelers. I am sure I will revisit it whenever i am back in Mangalore again Congratulations to the Management and Staff!! Please keep maintaining your high standards.

I stayed here for 04 nights and it was my most comfortable stay. On day of arrival I found cooling in my room not as per my requirement. I needed more cooling. The concerned staff immediately adjusted the temperature of air conditioning and also put in table fan in room. Housekeeping was superb and housekeeping staff took appropriate care of my needs. Food was fresh and hygienic. Taste of buns, tandoori lachchha parathas and milk with turmeric was superb. However I didn’t find taste of vegetables clear soup on 21st October evening upto the mark. It was also not full hot, can be called warm. Front Desk staff were friendly and attentive. Hassle free check in and check out impressed me. The neatness and pleasant ambiance made my stay happy and memorable. I wish to put my appreciation for Mr Milan Samuel, GM and his whole team in record.

The staff is very warm, courteous and hospitable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Two restaurants serve amazing Chinese and authentic local cuisine. Room service is very efficient. Unfortunately, the spa and gym were under renovation and that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
