Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Mangalore

Un vero valore per l'hotel, la ricezione, la custodia della casa, il servizio in camera, tutto era perfetto, anche la posizione è buona. Solo il problema è la TV, il fornitore di TV via cavo utilizzato è terribile, nessuno guida, ogni volta che si deve cercare. Abbiamo avuto 3 camere, la distanza dalla TV via cavo era inutile ovunque, ma questo può essere ignorato, con molte opzioni alimentari è un ottimo hotel

One of the best, cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are fresh and clean. The washrooms are just amazingly maintained and very clean. The hotel staff from the receiption, room service to the restaurant staff are very courteous. The view from the hotel is very beautiful. It is located at the centre of the city and is accessible to the airport, railway station and the bus stop very easily. The hotel is very economically priced and the food is surprisingly also very economically priced for such a big four star hotel. I would love to stay here everytime I come to Mangalore.

Pros - property is well maintained. With kind spoken adequate staff. Cons - our prior booking was for 2 adult and 2 children. Property also confirmed the same when we recieved call. However we ended up paying 1000 extra for extra bed inspite of prior booking for 4 on make my trip. There are many activity here which will keep you busy entire day. Children s loved this place. You need the be ready to spend double for your food if you are visiting on a weekend as property charges 650- per person for lunch and separate 650- per person for dinner which is on a higher side.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. The ambience throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect setting for our event. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious, and though we kept the menu simple to fit within our budget, it was well-prepared and enjoyed by all. Spacious room with quality finishing. Kholer bath fittings. Excellent housekeeping. Reception staffs were very helpful. Prompt response from staff. Superb corridors. Complimentary breakfast was good. Almost 10 live items were available in addition to normal buffet items. Only negative thing noticed is the less visibility of the reception area from outside road.

I stayed here for 04 nights and it was my most comfortable stay. On day of arrival I found cooling in my room not as per my requirement. I needed more cooling. The concerned staff immediately adjusted the temperature of air conditioning and also put in table fan in room. Housekeeping was superb and housekeeping staff took appropriate care of my needs. Food was fresh and hygienic. Taste of buns, tandoori lachchha parathas and milk with turmeric was superb. However I didn’t find taste of vegetables clear soup on 21st October evening upto the mark. It was also not full hot, can be called warm. Front Desk staff were friendly and attentive. Hassle free check in and check out impressed me. The neatness and pleasant ambiance made my stay happy and memorable. I wish to put my appreciation for Mr Milan Samuel, GM and his whole team in record.

I would love to express my gratitude to all the employees of Vivanta - Mangalore (specially -Sudheesh) for their kind detailed attention for making things preferred as per my expectations every time i have stayed their during my business trip . It’s really live up to the expectation of great and nice hotel with top notch ambience . The rooms was properly cleaned and there is noting to complain . Mouth buttering impressive breakfast was spread with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. Conveniently located near the main road, it provides easy access to nearby famous places .
