Very good service. All our company people stay here. Good food and breakfast is excellent. Room is clean and service from staffs are good. Mr. A vik, manager is a cooperative person. I love stay their. Good location near railway station and temples.

Wonderful stay with my family members. Had a dinner at restaurent and enjoyed the food. Special thanks to front desk staffs for guiding intresting places to visit. Rooms are very hygienic and spacious . We would definitetly suggest this hotel to our family and friends

Comfortable, decent rooms at great price. Proper cleaning and an active help desk makes your stay safe and comfortable.Have been using the services since 4 yrs and they have never disappointed. The recent changes in the menu was all the more cherry on the cake. The food is tasty and well behaved staff are worth the price. The inclusive buffet was amazing with lots of options and also the live counters to serve your taste buds.

This is by far the best 3 star hotel in Mangalore. I stayed here withy family for 3 days and my experience was truly amazing. This was due to the excellent customer service by both Mr Upendra Singh Rawat and othe members of the staff namely Basu, Misraji, Dhananjay and Naveen!.. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a beautiful property with excellent customer service and vegetarian food.

The hotel is in the heart of the city - the central business district area of mangalore. From the outside it looks good but the rooms were bad - the housekeeping and maintenance was absolutely pathetic. We were given a room which was probably not cleaned and the bed sheets, pillow covers were not changed. There was hair all over the pillow and on the floor. We asked for a change of room and the other room was equally bad. After we created a scene they offered us a suite which they got cleaned and with fresh bedsheets, pillow covers and bath towels. While that part was taken care of, the wash basin was blocked and water was not flowing out quickly. The health faucet was broken. The bath tub had major stains. We didn’t have the energy to ask for a change again as we were staying there just for the night to travel in the morning. Overall a very bad experience, especially when they charged close to Rs 7000 for one night. Won’t stay there again.

Its a budget hotel but the room is so good and comfy. The bathroom is so clean What an amazing experience for me and my dad when I went there in december The room service was so fast and efficient. The only problem I had was when I booked the room through agoda, I chose seperate beds as its one of the options when I booked and when we went there, the beds werent even seperate. We were so bummed as we had chosen the seperate beds and we didnt want to call room service to give us seperate beds so we slept in the joint beds they gave us

Banquet hall: I had booked this hall for my daughter's Birthday party, I give full five stars for the service and food menu. People invited appreciated the food and the party was a grand one. The staff is on their toes, always ready to help even when you request them at the last moment. All arrangements were properly done as per request. Mr. Upendra is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He gives good suggestions related to events and food. They have contacts for decoration and other arrangements too. Over that, it is budget-friendly for the AC Banquet hall. Great Place to conduct events for 100 to 150 guests. Rooms: One of the best rooms and room service in the city. 5 stars here. Clean, neat with all the modern amenities. Excellent service with a nice breakfast. Best location to explore Mangaluru city. Thank You Saffron Verda for the beautiful experience. Our guests were totally impressed by the service and quality of food.

This hotel is good in mangalore from location service & tariff wise all. We stayed here after 4 years , but , service is same . Quality of breakfast has improved a lot. Thanks to GM Upendra Rawat & his team for making our stay comfortable. Will visit next year for sure .
