The location was good, the rooms are simple, but clean
The service was unbelievably bad.
It started with the fact that we weren't even asked if they could help us with our luggage. We had to lug our heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs behind the porter.
We were constantly knocked for things we didn't need. We had to leave at 07:30 the next morning to get our bus on time. As the kitchen doesn't open until 07:30, we didn't want breakfast. We were talked into it until we agreed to have tea at 07:15. The next morning there was a frantic knock on the door at 06:30. We thought something had happened! No, it was just tea, which was served to us with a loud noise 45 minutes earlier.
When we wanted to leave the hotel at 07:30, the door was locked and not a soul was to be seen. the phone number next to the door was only answered by someone who said we should ask the porter. Unfortunately, there was still no sign of him. My husband then simply looked through all the rooms and finally found him.
How can you have locked the door when you know that people want to leave early?

Room is very bad washroom also very bad condition bed is not comfortable quality of room is very bad no proper water for bath and drinking water also

Ac is not working, geyser is also not working, room are not cleaned staff is not friendly. Hotel don’t have fridge or own kitchen overall hotel is terrible.

The rooms of the hotel provide no privacy as the doors and windows are glass covered and anyone can see through the glass inside the rooms. There are curtains, but the curtains are very light and easily flutter too much even in the slightest of wind due to ceiling fan. The ceiling of the hotel is extremely low with the ceiling fan in in a dangerous position. Even the slightest bit of unawareness can lead to serious injuries by the rotating ceiling fan. Be cautious.

No safety and no privacy, very bad experince, took extra charges before checkin, although paid money in advance
