Mandaue City: hotel con bar

È al centro di alcune diverse aree di attrazione, quindi ha funzionato bene per me personalmente. San Valentino è uno svantaggio per chi viaggia da solo basandosi solo sui ristoranti. Questo perché è occupato e con offerte speciali per due. Ero al ristorante della bistecca che praticamente faceva pagare lo stesso importo per meno cibo con solo un menu alla carta come opzione e nessuna modifica per ottenere gli articoli offerti nel menu fisso. Indipendentemente da ciò, il personale di Twilight, della piscina, della reception e della porta/concierge è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono un po' vecchie ma estremamente pulite e attrezzate. I panorami e le aree salotto sono bellissimi. Il traffico a Cebu è piuttosto agitato, ma sono rimasta lontana dalla NewTown a causa del traffico di San Valentino. Si consiglia una guida turistica per la giornata poiché ci sono così tante direzioni da percorrere. L'hotel in sé aveva il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo e servizi per la zona.

I'm actually quite sad to have to write this review as I have been a good customer of this hotel for many years. The service, food, rooms and rates used to be a 5 out of 5 experience everytime. Unfortunately this has dramatically changed, the food is awful now and the room service arrives in a take out box with plastic utensils, yet they still charge an additional fee! The TV and channel selections are never working properly, the rooms have not seen a lick of paint ... ever. Water pressure is no good, towels are old and close to their end of life, no toiletries or bottled water in the room oh and they give you 1 pillow, if you request more than 1, they will charge you. As I said it's sad to see. The one saving grace is the service in the bar and restaurant from the staff that have known us for many years. The new hires simply don't care or are not being managed properly. Also they fill the place with OJT to save money, though I understand this, you can't completely staff a hotel with inexperienced staff just to save a few pisos. Disappointed.

Abbiamo avuto un volo tardivo e ritardato, ma grato il furgone (shuttle aeroportuale gratuito) ci aspettava. Il lobby era semplice e il check-in era facile. Prima di andare in camera nostra, ci hanno chiesto di ottenere le attrezzature di cui abbiamo bisogno (kit dentali, kit di rasatura e cabine). Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Twin C, ha un grande rif, cucina, TV, microonde, tavolo da pranzo e sedie e 2 letti grandi. Il bagno era come quello in Giappone, compatto e piccolo. Non c'erano gabinetti. Le letti erano comodi per dormire sul caffè e l'ac funzionava bene. La colazione era servita in un bar, doveva essere pagata, ma era servito stile buffet, il menu del colazione era semplice. Cambia ogni giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica e conveniente perché è collegato al J Centre Mall e vi sono farmacie, banche, negozi di comodità e un spa vicino. L'hotel era anche accanto al parco tematico Skywater, ma purtroppo era indefinitamente chiuso. Anche il check-out era facile. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare il nostro bagaglio perché abbiamo un volo tardi, siamo appena tornati per questo. Non siamo riusciti a utilizzare la navetta gratuita che torna all'aeroporto perché non siamo riusciti a prenotare un giorno prima (non è automatico anche se hanno le informazioni di volo), buona cosa abbiamo parenti che ci portano all'aeroporto. In generale, il prezzo era ragionevole e abbiamo avuto un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno qui.

Highly Recommended for middle-class: Just as good as our last stay in 2015. For less than 60 USD/night, it offers everything we needed and wanted. Based on its simplicity, this may only be a 2 or 3 star hotel, but the service and courtesy of the staff is 5-star. Peso for Peso (dollar for dollar), it's the best value of any hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Location: 5-7km from Mactan. At 7pm on a Thursday, it took me 15 minutes to drive to Dohera via the new bridge. The drive back to Mactan, on a weekday morning took 30mins via the ”old” bridge. Our Room: Two queen beds for three nights: P7500 ($150USD) total. We stayed on two separate occasions at the front and back end of our vacation to Cebu. Rooms were clean and modern (though the carpeted floors did not pass my ”white-sock” test). Beds are simple and comfortable. Ref, but no microwave. Bathroom is modern and extremely clean: Excellent hot/cold water pressure in a beautiful, glass-enclosed shower. Toiletries provided. Television is modern with many channels. Breakfast Included: 100% fantastic buffet style (self-serve). There were, usually, two protein dishes -- (tocino, longanisa, pork belly, chicken, fried fish, etc), steamed and garlic-fried rice, congee, a vegetable dish, breads for toasting, fresh fruit and fruit cups, coffee and water. Lunch/Dinner: In the restaurant/lobby. Room-service is available. As we only ate the included breakfast, we cannot comment on price. However, due to our experience with breakfast, we can presume the other food to be the same high quality. Snacks-Expensive: Coffee is free and available 24hrs. Beer, soda and other snacks are very expensive. Bottled water is P50 (same size/brand is P15 at 7-11). A can of soda is P80 (more than double the price of the 7-11 across the street). WiFi: Free in-room WIFI Pool: Various depths from 50-150cm. It's outdoors but sheltered from the sun-- a big plus for us. Parking: Limited, but free. Ball Room/Conference Room: We observed a wedding reception during our stay. We took a quick peek upstairs as guests were arriving; nicely prepared. The staff took excellent care of the wedding party, without ignoring the other hotel guests.

L'hotel è accogliente, pulito e le persone sono tutte molto accoglienti, soprattutto Denev e Rona del Front Desk! Sono molto gentili e forniscono un servizio soddisfacente all'ospite. Kudos a Rona che mi ha aiutato a prendere foto, lei è così gentile e utile e sempre sorridente che può illuminare l'atmosfera e contribuire a una vibrazione positiva.. Uno menzionato a Deneb, che mi ha fatto il cuore pigro con la sua voce e gesto accogliente, soprattutto durante il colazione.

The hotel is great with excellent services. The staff was very accommodating and polite. My family was satisfied for the services and the facilities inside the hotel especially my children enjoyed so much with the water park.
