Bombay Beach Resort

We opted the best two rooms in this property at the last weekend of May 2022. Although the hotel named these rooms as "Super Deluxe Premium Rooms" but the AC was not working for first 3 hours at all (later it started cooling but the remote was not operational and we couldnot make any adjus**ent to temp), TV didn't have cable connection, Refrigerator was not cooling and also had a bath smell. There were flies all around. There was no geyser in one of the room even. The swimming pool is much smaller than how it looks in the pictures in various sites. No rules to be followed in the pool , one can go down the water in homely clothes. There was a very bad smell whole night in the washroom however the washroom was clean. When complained was raised, they informed it is due to logging of bad water from kitchen.Later I found the same issue in other review comments as well. Very limited items in the name of breakfast buffet and among those ***y items are unavailable if you go at 9 AM , The service is very slow. None of the service personnel is cooperative or professional. The utensils in the kitchen are old and full of stains.Food is not tasty at all. In our ***y visits to ***darmoni since 2009, this is the first time we had to search other hotels for a good and decent lunch and dinner. The attendants never come by themselves to take your things from car to room , neither they do help during chekcout. They are very sharp about checkout time and will be ready with their brooms and mop at 10:30AM itself near your door. The behaviour of the person in the reception is very rude and unprofessional too. Overall, Not at all value for money. At this price or bit more, there are ***y other hotels which provides good rooms, service and pleasant experience in ***darmoni.

The ***ager including the staffs are fraud and very rude in behavior. They charged for extra plates that wasn't ordered by us. They haven't provided electric kettle in the room, but at check out they were asking for it and de***ded rs 1000 as if we have stolen their kettle. So, think before booking this hotel.
