The stuffs were not tech-savy and; uncertain of how to approach about a good warm welcome. Didn't offered me the welcome drink, with an excuse that they don't have it anymore. F&B Horrible and atrocious f&b team, made me wait there for I hour with no attendance for service nor even greeting or directing me to a seat, stuffs were busy attending other inconsequential guest whom they were preoccupied cajolin! and fawning over whom they assume to be affuent and wealthy. Definitely there's a double standard for service, thee only give good service to whom they perceive worthy. The bar opens at 4 but there were no staffs at 6, was willing to spend my money since I was on holiday mood , only to be ruined by disservice of ineptitude when they cant offer dot of the readily available menu. Customer Relation management I stormed up to complain about the terrible service, FOM made the horrible mistake by following up with a free drink and BBQ , thinking I would want services for free, they couldn't guarantee that mistake would not happen again anc straight away compansate someone with a condescending approach, i dont want their money. I had to eat outside for a better service and to ensure that I would not be mortified by little details. No transport was provided for the inconvenience of eating outside , for the better service that they cant guarantee. Management team started knowing on my door incessantly to the point that I was stressed out, all other department came and apologized except for the f&b team I'm a travel vloger with more than 2000 reviews for travel video on Youtube for an eminent company, been frequenting to hotels like Marriott Ritz Carlton, four season, Hilton , Wyndham, shangri-la and the accor group (sofitel , Novotel, swissotel) never was i disrespected with such insolence. They never arrange for my subsequent stay when I say I will be moving out without staying them for the night , I had to make my own reservation at a better hotel where I will be happy spending my money, no transport no compensation or whatsoever! The reason people chose boutique hotel over 5 star is because we think we might get a fast and efficient service with the warmth oftogetherness in a small hotel. But no this hotel proves everything wrong, they are not of world standard and wil never be. I ,conisseur of hospitality, am against this type of establishment flouting standard and I will keep on writing reviews for the awareness of other people. I have repute on other sites like agoda and booking.com and will be review them for good, please avoid this hotel at all cost. They will take you money only to put u in misery

L'hotel è nuovo e pulito, il letto è molto comodo, il personale è molto amichevole e felice di aiutare.La colazione è un po'comune.In generale, penso che sia un ottimo hotel.Il personale farà del suo meglio per fornire un servizio di qualità, in modo che tu possa avere un'esperienza di alloggio felice a Mandel. Il personale era estremamente amichevole e utile! Anche se non parlavano molto inglese, tutti noi incontrammo cercavano di renderci più felici e aiutarci a ottenere il massimo della loro capacità. Un grande posto per bere e guardare il sole. Il cibo era sorprendente! Ogni mattina il colazione non era mai deluso e il servizio in camera era altrettanto buono! Se mai si trova in mandalay, mi consiglio molto di rimanere qui!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona: siamo andati al Palazzo Reale e abbiamo guardato tutte le altre visione. Beh, quando abbiamo assunto un tuck-tuck per andare intorno alle periferie, non importa da dove siete presi. Intorno alla massa di negozi tessili, molti snacks, sulla strada successiva un grande negozio di frutta, inoltre, sulla strada successiva ci sono stati diversi camion che commerciano durian a un prezzo di getto (rispetto alla Thailandia). Nella serata in 20.00 spegni la luce, esattamente per qualche minuto, poi accendi. Molto debole inno. Avvertito che l'ultimo giorno sarebbe presto per andare via - la boxe di pranzo cucinato e nemmeno l'acqua non si dimenticava. Aiutato a ordinare tuck-tuck per il giorno che avevamo pianificato di guardare le vecchie capitali, negoziato con tuck-tucker. Molto gentile e amichevole.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel, ma è assolutamente meraviglioso. A differenza della maggior parte degli hotel in SE Asia, i letti qui sono così confortevoli e non rock duro. Il lobby dell'hotel è molto pulito e molto bello guardare e il personale dell'hotel è meraviglioso. Sono tutti molto amichevoli, molto saldati e molto professionali. Tutti parlavano inglese e erano disposti ad aiutare. Quando sono arrivato nella mia stanza riservata, l'odore di sigarette era troppo forte, così sono venuti con tre chiavi diverse e hanno proceduto a mostrarmi altre opzioni. Pros: il personale è sorprendente, e il buffet colazione in alto era buono. La sala da pranzo è davvero bello e le viste dal 10° piano sono grandi. Il colazione a stile asiatico ma ancora delizioso. Le camere sono anche molto ragionevoli e sono molto pulite. Cons: il sonno era molto difficile perché gli altri clienti sul mio pavimento erano ubriachi e continuamente venuti a colpire la mia porta e a chiamare la mia campana. Fortunatamente, il personale era abbastanza meraviglioso da venire di sopra e parlare con loro. In generale, resterò qui di nuovo.
