Hotel in zona Mandalay Palace, Mandalay

Great a**osphere and we plan to return many times. We are teachers in Mandalay and know many places to have dinner and drinks - this is one of the best. Very laid back a**osphere, live music often, and the manager is a great guy.

Abbiamo visitato Meiji durante la notte.Sono malato e pensavo di cenare con il servizio della stanza, ma si dice che era chiuso.Quando ho incontrato problemi, il personale ha detto: ”Aspetta!”Ha comprato un panino dal vicino ristorante.Grazie!E'molto utile!

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel, ma è assolutamente meraviglioso. A differenza della maggior parte degli hotel in SE Asia, i letti qui sono così confortevoli e non rock duro. La doccia era grande, l'acqua è calda e la pressione è perfetta. La colazione è 5/5 perché c'è una varietà così meravigliosa. Hanno pasticce fresche e una stazione di omeletta reale. Un altro punto di vista di questo hotel è il tetto. C'è una piscina infinita e un bar. E 'stato bello non dover urlare intorno alla tavola per parlare con il mio fidanzato perché l'atmosfera/l'atmosfera è perfetta. Bella musica leggera e un posto molto freddo da essere. Raccomando molto questo hotel.

Checking in Everyone seems to be busy for nothing or as they pretend to be for such a small boutique property. The stuffs were not tech-savy and; uncertain of how to approach about a good warm welcome. Didn't offered me the welcome drink, with an excuse that they don't have it anymore. F&B Horrible and atrocious f&b team, made me wait there for I hour with no attendance for service nor even greeting or directing me to a seat, stuffs were busy attending other inconsequential guest whom they were preoccupied cajolin! and fawning over whom they assume to be affuent and wealthy. Definitely there's a double standard for service, thee only give good service to whom they perceive worthy. The bar opens at 4 but there were no staffs at 6, was willing to spend my money since I was on holiday mood , only to be ruined by disservice of ineptitude when they cant offer dot of the readily available menu. Customer Relation management I stormed up to complain about the terrible service, FOM made the horrible mistake by following up with a free drink and BBQ , thinking I would want services for free, they couldn't guarantee that mistake would not happen again anc straight away compansate someone with a condescending approach, i dont want their money. I had to eat outside for a better service and to ensure that I would not be mortified by little details. No transport was provided for the inconvenience of eating outside , for the better service that they cant guarantee. Management team started knowing on my door incessantly to the point that I was stressed out, all other department came and apologized except for the f&b team I'm a travel vloger with more than 2000 reviews for travel video on Youtube for an eminent company, been frequenting to hotels like Marriott Ritz Carlton, four season, Hilton , Wyndham, shangri-la and the accor group (sofitel , Novotel, swissotel) never was i disrespected with such insolence. They never arrange for my subsequent stay when I say I will be moving out without staying them for the night , I had to make my own reservation at a better hotel where I will be happy spending my money, no transport no compensation or whatsoever! The reason people chose boutique hotel over 5 star is because we think we might get a fast and efficient service with the warmth oftogetherness in a small hotel. But no this hotel proves everything wrong, they are not of world standard and wil never be. I ,conisseur of hospitality, am against this type of establishment flouting standard and I will keep on writing reviews for the awareness of other people. I have repute on other sites like agoda and booking.com and will be review them for good, please avoid this hotel at all cost. They will take you money only to put u in misery

Hotel carino, ma un po' vecchio a livello di strutture. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa nella stanza che era davvero grande. Personale sorridente e pronto a servirvi. Piscina interna vecchia, a veramente sconsigliata. Ho avuto l'idea sbagliata di chiamare il servizio di lavanderia. Il servizio veloce è davvero eccellente, ma come straniero il prezzo in dollari è tre volte più costoso di quello per le locali. Inoltre, quando ho voluto pagare in moneta locale, il tasso di cambio è stato aumentato di un terzo! In breve, se non avessi fatto un giro immediato avrei pagato circa 35 dollari invece di 27 dollari per 6 calzini, 5 T-shirt, 6 paia di calzature, un jean e 2 camicie. Colazione ben con frutta fresca e iogurt eccellenti. Ristorante con una vasta scelta e non troppo costoso.

Il personale era estremamente amichevole e utile! Anche se non parlavano molto inglese, tutti noi incontrammo cercavano di renderci più felici e aiutarci a ottenere il massimo della loro capacità. Un grande posto per bere e guardare il sole. Il cibo era sorprendente! Ogni mattina il colazione non era mai deluso e il servizio in camera era altrettanto buono! Se mai si trova in mandalay, mi consiglio molto di rimanere qui!

I visitto Mingalar Mandalay Hotel for ANNUAL Staff party dinner with my friend.When I entered into the ballroom every staff from Banquate teams were smile. Especially Mg Thein Than Thu Mg Win Min Khant and Ma Yamin Thu welcome me with facing smile and nice service.
