Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel non hanno trovato la nostra prenotazione e hanno detto che era stata cancellata, hanno ordinato subito, hanno aggiornato la nostra stanza gratuita e hanno avuto la custodia per venire e diviso i letti per noi entro 5 minuti di arrivare nella nostra stanza, per un malinteso. Abbiamo provato il ristorante per il cibo, e era molto deludente, il pollo era dolce e acquatico, le patate erano in modo sovrasale e la pasta era buona, ma le piante non erano solo deliziose, così deludenti. Il colazione, però, era una scelta molto grande, e se volessi uova scramblete o qualcosa di speciale, lo fecero per te.

All'alloggio a mezzanotte, la reception è molto educata per gestire il soggiorno e per aggiornare la suite al piano superiore. The hotel was clean and friendly although the room had some parts that needed some attention. I couldn't find any heater to keep my room nice and warm so it was cold. There was a small wall mounted heater under the window but this did not work. I stayed for three nights and was awoken every night in the small hours by other people entering or departing their rooms. I know this is something that the hotel can't control very well but it did spoil what was a decent hotel.

Good location for a night out in Manchester. Close walking distance to Canal street. Normal Ibis standard. Friendly staff. Secured paid parking opposite the hotel. Good value for the money. Will stay again.

The hotel it’s literally a 5 minute walk away from the taxi area of Manchester Piccadilly station. It’s worth knowing the hotel has two entrance where only is highlighted on most map apps. The room was good, the bed is incredibly comfortable with pillows that a little too soft for me. All in all a great room. I skipped the breakfast option and Pollen Kampus is around the corner and have a lot of great pastry and good coffee as well as being having some great brunch options. My only gripe is someone was smoking on the floor I was on, as I got close to my room it got stronger. I told the front desk and all that was said is the hotel manager will get in touch. This experience will prevent me from booking again. I mention this as I have to be fair to my experience.

The building is very old, and while it has some charm, it could definitely use an upgrade. You can feel the wear and tear in the common areas and some of the rooms. Rooms: The rooms are a mixed bag. The basic rooms are just that—basic. They’re not particularly comfortable, and if you’re picky about where you sleep, you might feel underwhelmed. However, if you go for one of the upgraded rooms, the experience is much better. Those rooms feel cleaner and more inviting. Breakfast: Breakfast is a solid deal at just £9. It’s not a luxury spread, but it gets the job done. You’ll find the usual options for a budget-friendly hotel breakfast. Staff: The staff are a highlight of the hotel. They’re very kind and helpful, making you feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Value for Money: Overall, this is a budget-friendly hotel, so you do get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a central location and don’t mind the dated vibe, it works. However, if comfort and modern amenities are a priority, you might want to explore other

Amore dell'hotel! Mi hanno anche lasciato controllare in anticipo circa 11:00! Sento così grato che siamo davvero stanchi dal giorno di volo prima. Grande hotel con grande selezione di colazione! Il letto è anche super comodo, pulito e spazioso! Il tram è a pochi minuti di distanza super conveniente.
