Positives: good location, quiet (despite proximity to railway), good sized rooms.
Negatives: To get the key it's a 10 minute walk to a local corner shop (not ideal when on crutches!). Dishwasher broken (not told in advance - despite booking same day), unable to fix, filled with filthy and stinky water - requested some compensation, no answer received yet. Blocked sink - plumber was called and never arrived - stayed in all day when on holiday as they didn't have a spare key! Mouldy shower seal and grouting, broken toilet seat, dirty sock found under sofa.
