Absolutely great place to stay in Manchester, perfect central location and somehow is very quiet. Studio Rooms are so handy! Staff were friendly and very welcoming and was extremely clean! 110% my go to now in Manchester!

The location is close to the Manchester museum, shopping mall, and just a minute walk to the tram station.

Fantastic find in the centre of Manchester. Very clean, spacious and lots of great amenities. Was staying for work and it has lovely to have a lot of the comforts you wouldn't get in a hotel. Would highly recommend

It's a good location,have electric trains to go to everywhere,have a lot of foodhouse,the room is big and clear,the bed is big and soft,but the window is fixed,can't open.a little regret.

Great location, I was upgraded to family suite which is decent Centre of Manchester, easy to access everything!

The service was fantastic, and the location is perfect. It's really convenient to go anywhere by metro, whose station is right in front of the hotel

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from what we expected. The receptionist, who was a woman of Indian descent, was quite unwelcoming and unprofessional. The room we were given did not match the description or the photos at all. To make matters worse, the toilet flush tank was broken and water was constantly running. Despite informing the staff multiple times, instead of changing our room, they kept sending a maintenance person who couldn’t fix the issue properly. On the first night, we couldn’t even use the bathroom and had to try to sleep with the loud sound of running water – which made it nearly impossible to rest. The hallways were filthy and cluttered with housekeeping equipment, making it hard to walk through, and the noise level from the staff was very disruptive. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. We will definitely not be coming back and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a wonderful find in Manchester! Just off the main road and right by a tram stop. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I suffer with my back and neck but the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in!! I didn't wake with a single twinge. I wish I could have taken it home. Although we didn't really use it was great having the little kitchenette in the room. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent customer service from the moment you book in. Vety good communication and even let you check in online. Having come from London we arrived a bit earlier than our checking in time. We were given the opportunity of getting into our room and that was very appriciated. Room was vety clean and we were provided with everything we needed with a modern kitchen.. They provide storage space in case you have checked out and want to go out and come back for your luggage. They have a cafe which can also be used while you are waiting. All staff are very professional and friendly , smiling and communicating with respect. All in all excellent service. Well done.

Great hotel especially for the price! I loved that there was a "living room" separate from the bedroom. Clean and comfortable!

A super convenient location, and a simply stunning hotel offering stunning views over Manchester to the Pennines. The room was immaculately clean, and the small details were all so impressive and thoughtful, with top quality toiletries in the bathroom and snacks and bottled water provided. A short but sweet stay, hope to return before long!

Kids love this hotel, they said this is the first time that a hotel actually gave them colouring activities pack and ice lollies 🫶🏻
