Varying price for parking, collague paid through the desk, I paid using the machine after being informed by the desk and mine was charged at nearly twice as much for the same length of stay.
Woken up most nights due to people talking in the corridoors at night around 0130-0330

Booked as a cheap option while working in Manchester for a couple of nights and didn’t expect too much (although review ratings were pretty good).
Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were very helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for upmarket then it’s not for you but if you want somewhere comfortable to sleep then it’s perfect!
10 minutes to the convention centre and a fraction of the cost of hotels in the area.

Nice and warm only thing was drunk people being sick in the room by mine and smoke alarm went off 1 o’clock in the morning and doors banging the bedding was a bit heavy

Apart from someone phoning me up about my room saying it might not be available in a very ride manner it was ok . Someone set the fire alarm off at 0930 for a laugh

Loved our stay, staff were lovely and efficient, only thing I would say is the staff had too much to do running both the reception and the kitchen but the food was lovely and hot
