Wonderful service. Very accommondating. Under renovations so rooms weren't amazing but had everything needed to get ready for graduation. Amazing breakfast selection.

There was an old banana in our refrigerator as well as cups with water in them
Our toilet backed up and required maintenance
And our shower ******!!! The shower water control handle was broken and we only had like warm to cold showers the entire time
We did tell the front desk and no compensation was offered.

My apartment was having major plumbing issues and I was put here for the duration that the work was being done! Although displaced and very much feeling stuck with my cat and my little one, the hotel staff were super understanding and helpful throughout my time here. Everything that could be made better by the people working there was done so, it really could've been significantly worse but they made my stay exponentially better even when I just really wanted to be home! Thank you!!

A very nice hotel near the bridge to get to downtown. The room was large, comfortable and with all the services. The hotel looked brand new! The personnel has been very kind and helping. The breakfast not unforgettable but honest and all in all our stay was more than positive. I would go back to this hotel in case again in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Excellent service and very clean hotel. Sales manager Tanya was wonderful and helping work out some issues very friendly and the front desk staff as well quiet and within walking distance to downtown. They had hard-boiled eggs for breakfast and seem to have the regular things as well. Helpful on locating things to do and restaurants in the area.

The General Manager Sue was rude, and talked down to my elderly mother. She gave my two boys a dirty look for taking some ice cream out the freezer. Not a friendly and inviting place to stay. I wont ever stay here again. For newly renovated hotel, I think the staff needs a refresh on customer service.

I love the staff. They're all friendly, knowledgeable, and all around helpful. If I ask for anything extra, they have no problem providing. I enjoyed the pool as well as the new fitness center, but I love the staff most of all. It's definitely worth the stay. Diana is the name of the hotel manager here and she's a firecracker. I absolutely adore her. The washing machines and dryers are effective, so no complaints there. Every room has an air conditioner, which is really nice when it's almost 90 degrees everyday. Breakfast is free and held every morning until 10am, offering healthy and tasty options. There's also a small store in the lobby featuring ice creams, beverages, chips, quick and cheap dinners, snacks, sweets, laundry materials, eye drops, and more. While they do have competitive rates, it's still the least costly hotel around and for that I am grateful. And yes, they allow pets! P.S. James and Sindy need a raises!

I'll recommend this hotel for anyone planning on a trip to New Hampshire. The service was very good, and the rooms were really nice and clean. The microwave is an added benefit to staying here.
