Receptionist is not stationed at counter. Need to press a bell and wait for several minutes.
I was asked to show booking number which I need to retrieved from email. (Note: I’m a 66 years lady). I told her my name but she insisted I showed her my booking reference.
Whereas guests queuing after me only required to tell her last name.

The hotel was nice, it was in middle of city so it was easy to go to bars and stuff. The hotel service was great too, staff was friendly and even gave me some tolate tissues. Only complains was that AC didnt work, I couldnt open window and becasue of sun my room was almost like sauna, and sheets had weird blood stains. Other then that I enjoyed my stay. Also I cant complain about 3-starts hotels too much, like it was expensive but novadays every hotel is expensive.

What a lovely room! Booked one night as we were going to the theatre. Straightforward check in by the ladies on the front desk. Our room was on the second floor - absolutely perfect! We paid just £80 for a plus room and it was well equipped, clean and smart. Comfy bed, fabulous shower and a generous supply of tea and coffee. We have paid much more on many occasions for less. I was really impressed! We had a great night's sleep! The hotel was perfectly positioned got several theatres and great shopping.

Premier Inn at it’s best. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast scrummy. Good price too.

This would have been an absolute disaster if it wasn't for a highly professional and friendly Solange. She saved the day and offered us a different room when the aircon in ours was not working and it was 30 degrees that day. Please do something about the waiting (reception) area. It was extremely hot and stuffed, while we were waiting in a very long line. Poor reception staff, as well. These are not conditions anyone should be working in!

Stayed at this hotel for a concert, on the first night had someone try to break into our room, he was found but staff just escorted him from the hotel. Police should have been called, children were left terrified and the outcome could have been very different if he had got passed us. Compensated with a free breakfast that we are still waiting to have refunded

We stayed here on the 4th of August for 2 nights.When we got to our room there was a Shower and no bath and my son was really upset we had booked a family room so thought there would be a bath(That's probably my fault I'm sure does say some rooms only have showers) Went to reception and Solauge was really helpful and told me she would do her best and managed to find us a room with a bath.Her dedication and detail was outstanding and is credit to your company. The hotel is in such an excellent location we arrived by coach and it was a 10 Minute walk and is also near a tram stop so no problem getting around Manchester. The on-site restaurant is nice and Lexi gave really good service we had a meal deal voucher and had Breakfast in the morning too.But also plenty of choices of other restaurants and convenience stores. We had a room at the back of the hotel(121) with not much of a view but that did not bother us but on a positive there was no noise! And it was so quiet. The room was lovely no complaints! When we checked we spoke to Daniel and once again the customer service was so nice and friendly! We will return next time we are in Manchester

Pretty poor begining to our anniversary weekend. Left waiting to check in for over quarter of an hour. Staff didn't contest queue jumpers. To be told they were doing a handover when they were talking about their night out prior. The room was of adequate size. Small shower with leaking issues and a musty smell. Breakfast the following morning wasn't great considering the cost for a night. Undercooked bacon & sausages. Toasters were not working properly. Eggs like rubber and no glasses for cold drinks. Won't be staying again
