Premier Inn Manchester Central

Ci siamo fermati qui perché era vicino al luogo a cui stavamo partecipando. Avevamo bisogno di una camera doppia e questo ha soddisfatto tutte le aspettative. All'arrivo in camera il lungo cuscino del secondo letto era disgustoso per quanto fosse sporco. Sarebbe stato molto meglio se l'avessero rimosso quando il letto fosse stato rifatto o almeno nascosto sotto il letto! Il pavimento era appiccicoso, non sembrava essere stato aspirapolvere, c'erano pezzi dappertutto. Qualcosa come la crema sulle pareti. Mi sono fermato in ostelli molto più puliti di questo. Nessuno alla reception per sollevare anche questo

Stayed in Premier room. Everything as expected from this chain hotel. The adjoining Table Table Restarant/bar i would describe as well used. Only had the breakfast buffet. Good selection of all you can eat. But the hot items of variable quality. Sausage and bacon excellent. Eggs and other items seemed to have been "hanging around" for some time. Good Costa coffee. Location ideal for anyone attending events at the Bridgwater Hall or Convention Centre. 15 to 20 minute walk to Piccadilly Station.

Great location for our plans. Warm welcome upon check in. Room was small and bathroom was tiny! We were only given 1x bathroom towel (there was 2 of us staying). Mould on black out curtain and ceiling and paint also coming off the ceiling. We love premier inn but wouldn't return to this one unfortunately 😔

Nice hotel and as expected with a premier inn , no issues and location within walking distances of local shopping. Only thing that worried my kids was the small homeless tents across the street from the hotel front door , this was not an issue to me and more should be done to help the homeless. Breakfast was good , only issue I had was trying to get early check in as not able to book on the website and tried to get this but not able until 1 pm , I arrived at 9am , 3pm for normal hotel check in is fairly late in the day

have been here multiple times and have never been let down. back in august we stayed here and due to disturbance in the room next door we had asked to move, the lovely solange found us another room and made sure we were okay. upon our most recent arrival she greeted us and made it known that she had remembered us from our last visit and asked what event we were here for. lovely woman & lovely service.

Great hotel staff and location but let down by a miserable damn right rude lady greeting breakfast goers! Unfortunately stay ruined by one member of staff who was very rude. Went down to breakfast to be told “we are very busy and the card machine not working and told to go to reception to pay” I then said there was nobody on reception as I’d just passed from my room and there was nobody on at which point I was told there was as an offensive argument!” On the flip side the lady’s on hotel reception were delightful and very helpful with bag checking in and everything. One of the lady’s if helped with directions to the nearby Tesco” Unfortunately I’m afraid to say the a Manchester Central team were let down by one teams member who’s tone was disgusting”
