The experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good,hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire

The front desk woman was awesome. Super helpful, accommodating and friendly. Check in was fast and easy.
The continental breakfast was about as you would expect. Nothing to write home about.
I liked the ability to do some plane spotting from the 3rd floor, too.
Best part? 5 min shuttle ride to the airport.

Perfect staycation. From the staff to the cleanliness of the place to the pool being open from 6 AM to 11 PM to the delicious free breakfast - can't wait to go back!

The hotel has 6 hockey teams staying there and the kids were running amok, knocking on ppls doors,pulling the room numbers down,rough playing in the pool. Hotel ran out of pool towel’s several times, eating area was dirty ,tables not wiped down, floors dirty, breakfast foods were very limited due to the hockey ppl. The hotel did nothing to accommodate the regular guests that weren’t with the hockey guests. When I discussed my issues with the shift manager she said it was her fault. Well it sure as hell wasn’t mine.needless to say sadly I will not be returning to this hotel. I have many other issues but to more to list here.

Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had in recent memory.
Our only issue was a dirty room on arrival, but the front desk corrected it immediately and our replacement room was immaculate. All staff were kind and courteous both to me and to my inquisitive daughters.
If we need to stay in the area again we will stay here.

The bathroom had hairs in the shower and had not been cleaned properly.
Also it would be nice no to have to eat breakfast out of disposable plates, bowls etc.

Front desk was a little rude not very people friendly. I didn’t like that I had to pay $5 for parking as a guest of the hotel.

The bed hurt my back and the AC didn’t work. I wasn’t even asked how my stay was when I checked out.

As always the staff was amazing! Everyone is so bubbly and approachable. We will continue to stay here during our 4-6 trips to the area a year!
