The experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good,hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire

Housekeeping never checked in on us the whole stay...we recieved only a half roll of toilet paper had to buy a 4 pack at grocery store and snag daily towel from unattended cart in hall way. Front desk deliveted towels once on request but annoying to hv to call desk for daily items daily. Our room was very comfortable and clean upon arrival.we travel throuout the year and enjoy the convenience of yr location when visiting nh

Our reservation has the purpose to visit our daughters who lives at Berford and attend a graduation ceremony. We just need a place to sleep because durig the day, we were enjoying our family. We really apreciated the positive environment approach, but never visit our room to pickup garbage, change our towels or change the bed sheets.They said the cleaning staff will go after 3 days, but it doesn't happen. At the 4th day we asked at front desk at least to pickup garbage and change our towels. Also ask to replace the coffee pouchs. The guy at the front desk take note, but again, it doesn,t happen. We check out at the 6th day and never receive the cleaning staff. Also, I have to say that the clenaliness in the bathroom, specially the bathtub was poor with dark lines (just need a little bit of clorox or something like that). I have photos, just in case you have a real interest in attend this situation.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful after my daughters surgery the breakfast room was closed but they allowed her to get something’s out of it very clean

The room was hot and the AC didn’t work….didn’t sleep very well and wasn’t happy…told the front desk and she tried to get it going with no luck….hotel was sold out so all they could do is get me a fan for night…

Staff did not advise housekeeping is every other day. Requested clean towels and had to bring my dirty ones down to front desk to exchange for clean towels. Both televisions in room did not work. Checked in on Wednesday and televisions started to work on Saturday. Day before check out.
