Nice boutique to stay over. No amenities though, but a nice bar downstairs.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Abbiamo alloggiato qui per 4 notti, la camera è molto bella, nuova, finalmente una doccia come si deve in un hotel che non sia un filo d'acqua o a bassa pressione. Non avevamo colazione inclusa ma l'abbiamo fatta ugualmente qui, davvero molto buona. Una mattina siamo scesi presto e ci è stato detto che lo chef avrebbe ritardato, noi saremo dovuti uscire per una gita, così il ragazzo al bancone ci ha preparato la colazione e non ci hanno addebitato nulla data l'attesa un po più lunga, davvero gentili. Nonostante sotto ci sia il pub, nelle camere non si sente assolutamente nulla. Piccola nota: dal comodino ci sono le prese usb per ricaricare il cellulare e c'era un piccolo phon. Non sappiamo se hanno anche le prese italiane, consiglio di procurarsi un adattatore o di chiedere se avete necessità di usare altri oggetti che vanno attaccati alla corrente. Sicuramente consiglio questo posto!

Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera ampia e confortevole. Ottima colazione. Struttura pulita. Posizione perfetta. Mi è piaciuto molto. Mi sono permessa di suggerire di lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua in ogni stanza e che sarebbe ideale poter disporre di un frigobar: essendo un hotel a 4 stelle, sono cose che mi aspetto. Ma davvero è andato tutto bene.

Paid £27 for a steak that was SO dry, cheese sauce that came with the cheese and onion pie was so thick you couldn’t pour it but it tasted of nothing. Very bland food and ridiculous prices to add insult to injury. There was also live music on that was so loud you had to shout to hear anything which wasn’t a very nice environment to eat a meal in. The waiting staff were lovely though.

Would recommend staying here , nearby car parks and easy to find by car using sat nav. The breakfast was very good

What a great find this place was. Purely by accident I came across it when looking for somewhere to stay while we went to a concert at the AO Arena and visited family in Manchester. I flew back to UK to attend this concert and see family somewhere central. My daughters and I stayed here, we were a little early for check in so we had lunch in the pub, it was a really nice atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. We attended the concert and preferred to go back to the hotel rather than trying to find somewhere else for a drink. Great atmosphere. The bar staff dod the check in/out and it was no problem at all. Breakfast was lovely and a great addition. Will definitely stay again.

Came for lunch with family, not particularly busy downstairs had to go and interrupt a staff conversation to ask for menus and drinks. Waited over 45 minutes for food and when it came three out of our 4 meals were cold, not just a bit but like warm at best. The steak pie however was ok. Nothing tasted bad but it really takes the enjoyment out of it when everything is cold. We were so hungry we took the decision to eat. However, no one came to ask us how the meals were, not even when I went to pay the bill. When the meals were brought to our table there was no cutlery, condiments etc and we had to wait for these to be brought to us with the food sat in front of us. Service makes 50 percent of an experience and along with the cold food this did not cut it. We won't be back!
