My wife and I recently had the pleasure of celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary at "The INN at Ormsby Hill". A very beautiful and well-maintained Inn. The owners, Jack & Maryann were very receptive to any needs and the breakfast in the mornings are very delicious. Although they do not do dinners, they will be more than happy to give great recommendations. The multiple fireplaces and many books make for a quaint and romantic getaway.,

We had a fantastic stay at the Ormsby Inn. It is beautiful and Jack and Mary Ann were marvelous hosts. The entire Inn was beautifully decorated. Jack's breakfasts were delicious. Candy is wonderful too. She served breakfast and kept the rooms neat and tidy. The delicious cookies she baked and put in the room are a special treat. The Inn is a perfect Vermont getaway. It was simply the best stay we've had anywhere.

This was our 2nd time coming to this Inn and we will continue coming. The place has the charm of an old VT inn and the owners and support staff are amazing. Great views of the mountains from the back deck, amazing breakfasts, and a 2 minute drive to the town of Manchester make this an ideal place to stay. We will be back!

There is a peace that lies within not to be found elsewhere! I will always return to celebrate and renew the feeling of serenity . Next year will mark 25 years of visiting the Inn and the anticipation never diminishes! The Inn at Ormsby Hill : my definition of Perfection.

This is a beautiful Inn with all kinds of special touches, great breakfast and lovely, on-site owners. Perfectly situated just outside of the center of town… so peaceful but close to all the action. The inside of the inn has nooks and crannies, with all of the old architecture, and modern bathrooms etc. A perfect get-a-way

We were looking for cozy, comfortable and charming on our annual pre-Christmas, long weekend getaway, and the Inn at Ormsby Hill fully met, and exceeded, our expectations. From being greeted at the door to chatting with the owners each morning at breakfast, and the friendliness of the breakfast server, we felt very welcome. The Inn's decor is lovely and charming, even more so at holiday time. Our room was clean, very comfortable and attractive, and we enjoyed getting a peek at a few of the other rooms as well. A highlight for me (as a librarian and voracious reader) was the abundance of books and reading nooks throughout. The location in Manchester was convenient for making day trips to our favorite antique malls and brewery, and spending time at the wonderful Northshire Bookstore. We always love Vermont at holiday time, and our stay at the Inn made the experience even more enjoyable. We've already booked a Valentine's weekend getaway at the Inn!

Another lovely stay at Ormsby Hill! This was our second visit and we enjoyed it as much as our first. Jack was kind and welcoming, and the inn was beautiful, cozy, and well-maintained. The interior is warmly lit, perfect for nights in reading or playing games, and the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while admiring the idyllic landscape and mountains, watching the bees buzz around the wildflowers, and listening to the birds chirping. Conveniently located near Manchester center and Dorset, the inn is also perfectly situated and is close to many activities. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Such a great place. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The owners so accommodating and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious and perfect in size. The location was great outside of town. But close enough to get to everything. A very warm and cozy place to stay on a cool night in Vermont!
