Apple Tree Lane Bed & Breakfast

What an amazing find. We stayed as a family and the house was beyond nice. Very central to all activities including downtown Waupaca and the Chain of Lakes. The breakfasts were delicious! We really enjoyed the hosts and all their knowledge. We would definitely stay again.

The Inn is charming, and was a great place to relax and get away. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed walking the property and sitting on the front porch right outside of our room. There is a lot to do in the area, but this place was quiet and we felt we were in the country. Our host was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Very pleasant wonderfully appointed B&B. We stayed in the Master suite which was spacious, quiet and pleasant. The food was excellent and the owners delightful! Overall our experience was terrific. We will stay there again.

We were just here over the weekend staying in the Crystal Cove Suite and it was amazing! The suite is very roomy, comfortable and well maintained. Bed is super cozy and the window a/c kept the temperature comfortable, although it didn't get super hot out this weekend so it wasn't a true test. We never turned on the tv but the wi-fi worked well. This is the room at the furthest end of the upstairs so it is advertised as the quietest. The whole house was quiet because by some stroke of luck we were the only guests this weekend, so I can't speak to what the noise level is when it's fully booked. We didn't end up taking advantage of the jacuzzi tub (next time!) but side note, the shower is also located in the tub. It makes sense, but just know if you book this room that you will need to use the built in step to climb in and out of the tub to shower. The common areas & grounds are well-appointed and well-kept. There is a refrigerator and microwave if you go out for a meal and want to bring back leftovers or keep other edibles cold during your stay. There are complimentary waters & soda as well as some yummy treats to snack on. There's a Keurig for hot beverages on demand but fresh coffee is brewed at 8 am and breakfasts (apple pancake one day, breakfast casserole the next) are delicious. We enjoyed visiting with Becky who was hosting over the weekend, she was very gracious and friendly. Highly recommend and do plan to stay here again, thank you!

Sherri and I booked for 2 nights in the main floor room. The room and the house which we had to ourselves was spotless, comfortable, and charming. The breakfast was delicious! Kyle and Allison were delightful hosts! We'll definitely be back! Sincerely, Rowdi and Sherri

We were in the Crystal Cove Suite for two nights and it was perfect. The fireplace takes the chill out in the morning, and the bed is so comfy. Our hosts are the friendliest couple, looking out for our needs, and giving great suggestions for dinner and outings. And the breakfast is delicious! On the short hike to the serene river you will probably encounter a gorgeous deer.
