Lovely hotel and nice service. Rooms are also very spacious. I have also had photo sessions with hotel photographers. Pics are stunning and guys know what they are doing. Reasonable price and definitely worth every penny. Memories for life

From the moment we entered the hotel everything was very good. Friendly and helpful staff, good food and the photographer Tom who took wonderful pictures at the hotel made us laugh and left us with beautiful memories. Thanks Tom. We came here for a week in April. We have enjoyed our stay, we are a family of four and had twO rooms. The rooms and the hotel are clean and tidy, I didn't like the pillows, I thought they were too hard but that is personal preference. The staff are all really friendly and can't do enough for you. The restaurant is a good size and plenty of places to sit. The food Was nice but often went cold before we got to the table. It did become a bit repetitive. We like the snack bar near the pool, free ice cream during certain times of the day. The animation team ( Lili) are friendly, always having activities for you to join in. We were just happy to chill. The entertainment at night is ok. Perfect all-inclusive fora family on a budget.

I went for three week with my 2 year old and 4 year old and partner. The first two weeks there was different entertainment everyday and only on week three there were a couple of re dos. But was not disappointed by it. The food was cooked fresh. The grill and pasta were the best. Even the late breakfast had a good selection. It’s good food if you aren’t fussy and willing to try new foods. The family room was spacious and clean with fizzy drinks topped up everyday for the mini fridge. The staff were kind and understanding and very good with the kids. The shops (even though I didn’t go for the fakes) had the best stuff and their personality’s made you gravitate towards them. They also gave my children free items after buying from them. The receptionist was great, he found a potty when I asked, he found things my children dropped and kept them safe, he advised where to go for money exchange. Professional photos were done by two guys who made us all feel nothing but comfortable and we now have memories for life. The games room was a tad expensive but was worth the smiles. The spa had me, my partner and children and accommodated us all, which as a mother was the most relaxing experience ever. The tour guide found us the best experiences for the best prices and was lovely. I got my hair and nails done, the lady didn’t speak English but was still an enjoyable experience and my hair looked great. We made the best of every facility available. And enjoyed it all. Downside: hard mattress. Oh and it’s been 5 months and I’ve been on holiday since and can’t stop missing this hotel and holiday lol.

I had a week at this hotel. The place was clean and reasonably maintained. The spa and treatments were ok. Entertainment was decent as well. The food was very poor. They would grill all the fresh meat and fish before opening the restaurants and all food was dry and cold by the time you ate it. It was the same with pizza, chips, eggs etc so all food was just about edible. The guy at reception has a scam for the English where he asks you to exchange coins he has for a note from you. He probably does ok with this! It’s also really far from the airport and is the last drop off and the first pick up. It takes around 2 hours for transfers. It’s obviously not a 5 star even though it says it is but it’s cheap so I weren’t expecting great things. There’s just things they should do better with and I’d expect more from a 3 star.
