Advantages The food was amazing, waiters were fast in 90% time Beach is very close to the hotel, although it is located outside of the hotel's territory Very clean Free mini bar there are some drinks on the beach. I appreciate hard work of the hotel stuff, especially cleaning ladies, kitchen workers, waiters and masseurs. What I did not like Confusion with a booking. I booked deluxe room with 2 beds, but got a room with 1 bed and had to pay additionally for the proper room and there were still not the same beds as promised in my reservation. It was a room with a sea view, so firstly I was glad. Until I discovered at 21 00 that we can not fall asleep until 23 00 , because of the loud animation program on evenings. It was hard during our first day as we woke up at 5 AM to fly there. alcoholic drinks in bars were watered, but that is more a benefit , as people got drunk slower. There were no towels in spa sometimes and no sign at the beach that guests need to take towels at spa. So once I had to go to the beach and back to get a towel and I did not succeed in it as "they were gone". How it is possible not to have enough towels for every guests, especially using a cards system? And sometimes we got thinner towels instead of normal, as we came late for them, not at 8 30. I asked to borrow scissors once, to fix clothes. Reception employee said that he could not do it because of safety reasons. Next day I saw another guest in the hotel who borrowed scissors and gave them back to them. There was not enough space on the beach, not enough sunbeds The beach employee started to whistle when I tried to move sunbeds a bit to use them together with my family and after whistling for 3 times to me finally came and said to me "SPEAK! ask for help". I did not ask him for the first time as I did not see him. He seemed very angry. Although he found place for us, later in the evening he saw the sand on my sunbed and feet and started to touch them with his broom for sand. It supposed to be a joke, right ? Is it appropriate for 5 stars hotel? also there is no toilet at the beach, only public one for 1 euro, and no information about that on the reception. The fresh orange juice at the restaurant costed 2 euro. Financial crisis came, I assume, and got it. But this is not "Ultra all inclusive" than is they are promising in description.

Hello, three ladies from Lithuania spent a week at the Alexia hotel (05-26/06-02). We liked everything very much. Especially the SPA. Excellent service, very friendly staff. Wonderful masseurs from Bali, Iran, and Turkey. Good value for money in terms of services. We definitely RECOMMEND. Best of luck to the entire SPA team.

We had a really nice time. Our highlight was our day out on an excursion planned by sevkan our amazing holiday rep from love holidays. He planned everything with great care and detail and was always dropping into us making sure we were okay and seeing if he could do anything for us at all. Could not have asked for a better rep for our time here we love sevkan!!!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool and beach are great. The sea was nice and warm! We always got a sun lounger even at 11am. However, food was quite limited, no vegetarian selection except salads and fruits and the odd chickpea stews. My boyfriend eats meat/fish and he thought the selection was limited. No ice cream at dinner which was a huge disappointment. Ice cream only available until 5pm in the lobby. They had various other desserts. Food isn’t labelled properly so we wasn’t always sure what was in it. Staff don’t speak much English so it was difficult to communicate and they didn’t understand when we asked for things. We were the only English people in the hotel. Foam party was great on the Friday night! Absolutely loved that. Entertainment wasn’t great it was short, there was lots of music playing after the entertainment finished and people dancing which we liked. Lobby was nice for a drink. Most staff not particularly friendly but there was the odd two who was friendly. Pool towels are small. The back entrance to the hotel is locked early evening so if you go out at night you have to walk back round the front up a hill which wasn’t a major issue for us. There was one thin really small sheet for our bed that didn’t cover both of us but they did provide more sheets later in our stay thankfully. Bed is massive! Air con is good. Soft drinks, waters and beers are stocked in the minibar daily. We booked a pool view for a bit extra which was lovely. Shops in the hotel which was really handy. Near to lots of shops and the Old town which is walking distance and really nice. We went to a restaurant called Kleopatra in the Old town which I’d highly recommend! Overall we enjoyed our holiday.

I do not recommend this hotel. Standard max 3 stars. We paid for a top class room and got a standard and of course the hotel sees no problem. After all, they will replace us in a day, so what's the point. Pool towels cover half a sunbed. Sun loungers crammed in the farthest corners overlooking the windows and the back of the bar. The food is very poor. In general, the choice is lacking. On top of that, no air conditioning in common areas, including the lobby and restaurant. Turkey has always been our heaven on earth, and this hotel, unfortunately, has negatively affected our opinion of the quality of Turkish hotels. For the same money (I point out that not small) you can choose a really sensational hotel.

Honest opinion I wouldn’t come back here. Lovely modern clean rooms , food isn’t great. Entertainment is poor, only lasts an hour then the same repetitive music. During the day it’s the same 5 songs allllll day strange men videoing young girls. None of the staff understand English it’s very hard to ask for something. It’s a very German based hotel. Bouncing music surrounding the hotel till gone 4am every day. Although I loved the room and the balcony I would not come back here
