I really enjoyed my time here, there were no problems with cleanliness during my almost two-week vacation. Cleaning was regular, although there were times when the outdoor toilet door or the elevator broke down, so they were out of order for a while. However, problems were usually quickly fixed, the employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and usually asked about the guests' well-being and experiences. The entertainment team also did their job professionally, although they could have included a little variety in the dances or the music they chose to play, for example, but that was okay. The pool is huge, so I never thought it was crowded, and there were no problems with safety either, as the water was constantly monitored by lifeguards. However, there were problems with language skills, most of the employees spoke only Turkish or Russian, few understood or spoke English, but the guest relations team was excellent in this area. It was easy to communicate with them, and they informed us in a kind and friendly manner, helped us where they could, and tried to explain everything. They did their job professionally, the team is young, energetic, and they always gave their best, even though they had to work a lot. I think that for those who don't try to find fault with everything, this could be a great choice, as there are plenty of program options within the hotel. In terms of location, there are no attractions nearby, but there are opportunities for organized excursions, so those who want to see the city have options. I didn't find it boring at all, I was enriched by a lot of experiences, mainly thanks to the human, open attitude of the teams. Also, there were lots of very cute cats, different kind of animals! One even took my seat haha. Thank you Armas.

This is the first time I have left a negative review and travel frequently. I am not a Karen or ‘stuck up’ just a normal family who has the worst experience. There for 10 days and will write an honest review. This is not an English hotel either 95% was Russian if that makes a difference for to you. Rooms: Floor 1 has a serious damp and sewage problem and despite the hotel being aware they put new arrivals there, who then complain about the room and are is randomly moved. The photos are from our first room (5 star room). If the cleaners came they shake your bed at best. No cleaning and don’t expect any Towell art! Cues: I have NEVER cued so much in my life, 10-20 people at any one time at the pool bar for a drink, over 45/60 mins for snacks for the kids. Lunch hall dinner cues. Horrendous. Cues everywhere, one pool toilet for example. Cues for the evening drinks lounge. Everywhere. Food POISONING: We travelled as a family of 13 and all of us had such a bad tummy we needed to see the GP on arrival home and have food poisoning. The food was so same, same and warm at times and not clean. Male lifeguards and bar staff asking for my 13 year old daughters Instagram and phone number. They are relentless. Bar staff refused to serve my friend because she would not fist pump his dirty hand. Constantly flirting, which I understand and have managed before but not to this level. Another friend came back a week early due to the food poisoning and hygiene. Cleaners came twice in 10 days and we had to go to reception and constantly ask for the towels to be changed. Swimming pool had rusty nails under the bridges sticking out, broken tiles and paving. Please be careful and lookout for places you could hurt yourself . At best this is a 3 star with a lot of problems. Please listen to this review and do not waste your money and time here.

We are currently here on our last day! Firstly - this is not a 5 star hotel! BUT I also dont think they ask 5 star prices so it wasn't a shock for us! The hotel is clean but dated! Especially the rooms. Pool areas are great, especially for kids, its not too busy considering the amount of guest. The slides were also a hit for our kids (open 10 - 12 and 2 till 4). Our kids were exhausted by night so we didn't really experience evening entertainment so can't comment, they also didn't want to do the kids club. Food - plenty of it, can pretty much get food whenever! We arrived at 1am and they had some food prepared for us which was good! The food is very much the same, not the most exciting food but there was always something we could all eat, even my very fussy child! Rooms - we were on the 7th floor, large, clean room, large balcony overlooking pool, little dated, especially the bathroom but it did the job fine. Beds - very hard, like sleeping on a board! Staff - we didn't have a problem at all, everyone we communicated with made a real effort to understand us, all were helpful and friendly, absolutely no issues. Russian is definitely the preferred language here (majority of guests are Russian) but this didn't bother us at all! All in all we had a fantastic holiday, making memories and spending time as a family which is what holidays are for! Would we return - i think we would, providing the price was right. We fully expected this to be more 3/4 stars purely based on what we paid! Thank you Armas Pemar Hotel!

We just returned from our trip to Turkey. We are delighted with Armas Pemar Beach Hotel. Very spacious and beautiful area, everything is tidy and the hotel staff keeps the hotel and its surroundings clean every day, the pools are clean. We will definitely want to return to this hotel with children, it is nice that the hotel has also thought about the smallest residents by creating a mini zoo. The hotel itself has extensive entertainment options - pools, aqua park, carousels, zoo, tennis, board games, outdoor games and the sea is a few meters away. The only thing to consider regarding the sea is that the beach is very rocky, it is difficult to enter the sea without slippers. Hotel animation team has provided ample entertainment for everyone, I especially liked the evening shows in the amphitheater, where I was surprised by how creative the animation team is, everyone was so responsive and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything in our room was in order, nothing was really missing, except that a water heating mug would be convenient if it was also in the room. The food selection is wide and varied, the side dishes are often repeated, but we had eaten enough every day. I recommend more coffee machines, because other mornings we had to spend quite a long time waiting for coffee. The choice of drinks in the bars is also wide, some bartenders didn't really understand what exactly we want, even if we asked something that is basically understandable to everyone, but mostly the employees are knowledgeable, some communicate more in English, others in Russian. We especially want to highlight and say a big thanks to the head bartender ABDUL KADIR, this bartender made us feel like a special guest, noticed us everyday, asked how we were doing, prepared special drinks, etc., he is definitely one of the employees that we will remember in connection with this hotel. Thanks to the entire hotel staff, we will definitely come back again!
