Akdora Resort Hotel & Spa

Из плюсов: Хорошее расположение. Море и старый город в пешей доступности. Рядом нет шумных баров. Обслуживание также на уровне. Персонал доброжелателен. Минусы: Чистота. А точнее, ее отсутствие. Как только заехали в номер, сразу обнаружили песок и волосы на полу, плесень в кондиционере и в душевой кабине. На дверях и стенах разводы какой-то грязи. По утрам не было горячей воды. Кондиционер жил своей жизнью и периодически самостоятельно включался/выключался. Отель недорогой, поэтому к качеству еды и напитков претензий нет. Питание простое, однообразное. Алкоголь на любителя. Коктейли и пиво как-будто разбавленные. Номера старые и очень нуждаются в ремонте, кондиционеру лет 20 на вид, весь перемотан скотчем. По итогу, это недорогой отель, который покроет базовые потребности туриста. Подойдёт на короткий срок проживания.

Our room wasn't too bad. We had air conditioning, kettle and fridge, no spoons though just wooden sticks and no cups just paper cups. Shower wasn't so good it just tickled out but they did come and change the shower head and the shower was fantastic then and could get a good shower. Cleaners were lovely and kept it clean. Balcony was tiny you couldn't fit 2 people on it even though it had a small table and 2 chairs due to the door. Probably if it had a sliding door you would of been able to sit on there. We paid extra for sea view which I was glad we did as we had quite a nice room. Someone I spoke to had a very small room near the stage area, no fridge, no kettle, tiny shower and no curtains on the windows but was told that was budget room , they did get moved and the room they got was better. Bar staff inside the hotel very rude, even if you said please and thank you they glared at you, snatched your drinks off you etc. The main guy at reception I really liked him he was a little bit quiet but he did look very tired as they do all work hard and he did smile at us when we came back to the hotel at gone 2 am and whenever we walked past him (I don't think he could speak a lot of English). The restaurant staff are lovely and the guy at the bar near the pool Food though was awful , I only ate 1 full meal the whole week. I didn't eat breakfast at all. Salads were mainly mixed salads at first which I didn't like as they use a lot of dill herbs, then then did put separate salads out. A lot of aubergines,spinach in something, mushrooms in a sauce with small meatballs and then next day same thing but with sliced meatloaf. Pasta, rice, bulgar wheat. More or less same food every day. They did a BBQ one night which was lovely this was my first meal I ate. Lots of sweets which my friends ate. Cocktails I didn't like there, we mainly had vodka which we would have a couple before we went out. It seems that most of the hotels in the area are full of Russians and cater for the Russians and Germans, as most of the people I spoke to complained about the food. What can I say a lot of the Russians were rude and arrogant never said excuse me or sorry and stared at us English. There are a few nice hotels near the beach but the majority are not so near the beach, this is why we chose this hotel. I didn't see a lot of cats near the hotel just one or 2 but it didn't bother us as we are cat people. The cats (wild) in the area are very looked after and loved. We got cartons of water from the pool bar to take to our room to drink there was also a cold hot water dispenser. The hotel tbh wasn't to bad, maybe a bit worn in places like the settees in the reception area but you get what you pay for and it didn't bother me. We used it as a base and just spent the morning at the pool and after lunch went to the beach. We had the discovery jeep safari which was a fantastic day. I had to spend the first night in a basement room that was not in the hotel pictures !no ventilation no windows high humidity ! Economy room does not mean a room in the basement without windows and ventilation and they also roughly said that this room was chosen by me. I asked the receptionist to call the authorities and fix this situation but he said he couldn't call at that late hour ! You should be treated more professionally because hotel managers should work according to customers not time cause the customers can check in at any time of the day or night... water is only hot at certain times of the day, there is only free wifi at the reception but it does not work always,you have to pay for WiFi if you want to use in your room or other areas in hotel,The second star was given only because the hotel staff was kind hearted and did their job in the best way possible.Sorry

Well, where to begin.... Arrived at hotel at around 10pm after travelling for over 12 hours. Ahead of me at reception desk was a very irate Russian family with young children having a heated exchange with person on desk (can only assume they had no booking). Phones were being passed around while they argued it out with various people. After about 5 mins of standing there with my bags I was told to sit down while the row pursued snd children were running round reception trading the place. After another 10 mins or so I just went up to the desk and was handed a form to fill in and eventually I was shown to my room where I discovered the wifi was only free in lounge. (Paid 10 Euros next morning). The room contained a fridge but no kettle and there was a TV but no remote. Furniture very dated. The shower was missing a door, the wash hand basin tap came out in a tiny dribble, the shower head broke off on day two (reported it but noone came to fix) and the casing on the toilet flush came off and fell into toilet bowl when I pressed it! However, the wi-fi was working and the bed was reasonably comfy. The food was disgusting, chicken, rice and pasta twice a day, most of which was cold. No chips ever, no butter, no tea bags, milk only available at breakfast. The same dreary desserts every meal time (dry sponge cakes and blancmanges). No ice cream ever. If you come down after the first half hour or so you had to get your own cutlery as tables were not re-set. The best part was the 25m swimming pool but the sun beds were very dated and worn. Rubbish was not removed and drinks glasses were allowed around pool (whereas everywhere else your drinks are in plastic or cardboard cups!). No music from pool bar until late afternoon despite it opening at 10am. Cats roam around everywhere, including inside hotel and restaurant. I managed to get a stomach bug in last two days of my stay and very aware of where it came from. Have never been so happy to go home and needless to say will never return to this hell hole.

Where do i start with this hotel. It’s an absolute disgrace of a place, all inclusive yet run out of wine and soft drinks.. very basic buffet to choose from but you are not alone to eat it as joined by cats an flys to keep you company. The gym.. well what gym, I’ve seen better on a public park.. nothing worked at all… night club… no nightclub need a bud to go. The hotel rooms you’d be joined by ants everywhere.. facilities in room was either broke or dangerous ie wires showing on hairdryer.. do not book this hotel, I’ve never left feedback before but feel I have to warm people so don’t have to experience what we did

Was suppose to be relaxing holiday after the Truman we had for few months my father sadly passed away I booked Antalya but the travel agent sent me to this unhygienic hotel very disappointed food was horrible no one came to clean the bathrooms or the room a lady popped in once to clean the floor with dirty mop as early you went to get food it was all gone there was no fruit they had toaster that was used food meat and toast so if you veg then you got no choice use the meat toaster the plates weren’t washed proper they were filthy and dead crocroches on the stairs ewww disgusting the air conditioner was leaking for days until I complained few times I got bad chest with it there were 200 people in a tiny pool my daughter is very up set she was depressed her grandad died now more depressed the holiday was from hell beach was so far took 20 min there and back up a high hill coming back beach towels not been clean benches on beach we’re filthy and over all very disgusting so for 7 days my daughter eat out cost more than the hotel price even though was all inclusive and we booked trip from the hotel got conned there to they took us to puma kali took £130 of me and we didn’t see nothing just dumped us three and told us come back at 1
