Turquoise Hotel

Had a fantastic 11 days here. The hotel is set in immaculate grounds. We were upgraded as arrived first week of opening. All the staff appear happy and always smiling. The food was excellent with a great range to pick from. A Special shout out to Ahmet the waiter in the Sultan Bar. This was our second visit.

We went to this hotel as family of four ande were realy pleased with very closed location of hotel to the sea, the view was amazing! Our room was spacious and clean, there were basic cosmetics in the bathroom and fridge with cold drinks sush as cola, water, fanta, sprite. All food in the restaurant was realy tasty and there was so much to chose from, we tried many new dishes! The drinks and snacks were also tasty! Employees were kind, helpful and full of energy!

We have recently. arrived home from this hotel following a 2 week stay. Generally speaking it is still a good standard hotel however we were disappointed with some of the changes on our 2nd visit. You know have to pay for the al a carte restaurant s however before it was 1 free visit. Also no branded drinks. Various other changes but nothing else major. Bar staff Engloin in sultan bar and Atar in sultan bar is amaZing. The waiter Ozgur is a credit to the hotel. Negatives was Bar man erhtan in pool bar rude, serves men drinks and forgets woman's drinks also popped open a bottle of winecork hit me which he thought was funny. He also smashed a couple of glasses and didn't clean it up.I I feel the holiday was good but prices are high and standards have slipped in some areas.

My daughter and I had a wonderful week at the hotel. We stayed in the garden area, which proved to be a good choice: there was no noise from the evening entertainment. The room was cosy, cleaned daily and the minibar was well stocked. As for food and drink, there was a wide choice of everything, including local specialities. My admiration goes especially to the lady who prepared the gözleme every day in the worst heat. The pool, beach and sun beds were cleaned every day. My only regret is that one pier was out of order. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, whether it was concerts, dancing or an illusionist show. My daughter was most impressed by the cats (and there were many!), which she named :-) We will definitely return to this hotel with its friendly and always smiling staff. I hope it hasn't lost any of its charm and atmosphere by then.

Umut from entertainment team was amazing, especially with my daughter Rosie and when we had any questions. The entertainment shows at the night were great fun. The food was perfect. Didn’t feel the need to eat out at all as the food was top standard and variety was great. The pool and bar area, brilliant - no complaints at all. Staff super helpful and friendly. Rooms serviced daily and beds very comfortable. I’ll be staying here again no questions. Very happy

We arrived at 2.30 at this beautiful hotel after being delayed. We were checked in, offered food and a drink, and then shown to our room. The reception staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. We had a standard room in block D on the ground floor. The room was perfect! It had everything we needed. Free bathrobes and slippers, free safe and free minibar, which was restocked daily. The bed was so comfortable and plenty of pillows. And the view...wow! Beautiful manicured gardens from our balcony. It was gorgeous sitting out on a morning with a tea or coffee. It was also a short walk to reception, pools, etc. Cleaned daily to a good standard. We spent most days at the adults' relax pools. It was easy to get a sunbed here. The main pool and pier, it was a case of a 7am dash to get your towel on a sunbed to reserve it. We did manage 3 days on the pier after getting up early. There are steps either end into the sea and it was beautiful, water really warm and fish swimming around you. Lifeguards on duty on the pier and at every pool. I was surprised that you could take drinks in a glass around the pools except the pier...of you ask for a drink to takeaway they will put it in plastic glasses. The food was beautiful, and you could get something to eat at any time of the day. So much choice and never got bored or repetitive. We mainly ate inside as it was so hot sitting outside even at 8pm. The waiters were all fab, straight over taking your drinks orders as soon as you sat down and clearing your plates. Any queues for food went down quickly. There were lots of bars to choose from, our favourite was the beach bar where you could watch the sunset. They had a singer on here on one of our nights, which was lovely. The main bar at the side of the stage was really nice too, loads of tables and chairs or you could sit at the bar. Waiters were really good, especially if you gave a tip. The bar staff were all lovely and funny. However, the beach bar through the day, you could wait 10 minutes before you got served as it was busy with only one person serving. There were some good bands on at night and dancers, etc, at the amphitheatre. Side is absolutely beautiful with all it's roman ruins and there are glass panels in the pavements where you can see the roman ruins underneath. Harbour was really nice and had some good shops. There is a shop onsite, another selling bags and shoes, a hair salon and a photography shop. We used the Spa, 50 euro for a Turkish hammam and massage which was 90 mins and worth every penny! So relaxing. The grounds of this hotel were just immaculate! Beautiful forest and well kept. The staff here were fantastic and work so hard. If your thinking of booking this hotel, don't hesitate! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday and can't wait to return.

It was our second visit to this hotel got there around 4am quick book in rooms haven’t changed clean but a bit talc would help. Pool area was great plenty of sun beds I did notice the pool hadn’t been cleaned in 3 days as there has hair bands on the bottom . Bar staff where very friendly entertainment through the day was good . Food is ok but it was the same thing every night chicken and kebabs so we went out for 3 nights . Night time entertainment was ok a few dodgy singers but ok bar staff going round the tables seemed to look after the ones They got tips off . Management seemed miserable no interaction from them . We asked for a late check out payed 40 euros till 4pm the cleaners knocked on the door with a manager at 3.30 asking us to book out which they got told 4pm we have payed they stayed there talking until we left. I don’t think we will doing a 3rd trip to this hotel there are much better ones to choose from .

My friend and I r here now. Absolutely brilliant Management should be proud of their staff, without exception they all work so hard. Deserve a euro or 2 after lunch and dinner daily, also a tip box for kitchen staff in restaurant, so deserve it. Only grip rose wine and fizz chemical they need to change their supplier! Off on the market trip today
