Turquoise Hotel

We were at the beautifully landscaped Turquoise complex for the second time. We were a group of six people. We unanimously had a wonderful holiday. We found the food and drinks, the cosy bars, and the lunch restaurant to be very good, as well as the friendly staff and the energetic animation team—especially Hassal (waitress) and Merve (animation team host). The evening entertainment is of a good standard and very cosy. The terrace is located around the main stage right next to the main building. Two professional dance performances were held in the theatre. We have already indicated that the hotel rooms need some maintenance. The second "pier" also looks terrible, which is a shame!

We spent super holiday time innTurquoise. Super kind and helpful staff. Great entertainment program managed by super enertainment team. We had a lot of fun especially by playing darts for adults with Ali and our sohn spent super time in Kids Club. Hotel is beautifully beachfront located and with a lot of green plants around. Rooms are clean and sufficiently equiped. Great colour coctails and delicious food. I think we will come back .

Just returned from our stay at Turquoise hotel!... WOW what a hotel this is, it simply has everything to make your holiday so very special. From our arrival we were amazed by the level of service provided, and this did not change throughout the whole holiday. The hotel and grounds are truly outstanding and with all the services on offer within the complex i.e., shops, turkish spa facilities, gym facilities, several pools and bar/food areas makes it convenient for the whole family. The food was second to none and had a good variety throughout our stay. Entertainment is put on every night with stage bands, theatre shows and even themed party nights which catered for all ages. There is simply everything you need, with excellent service throughout. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and would do everything they could to help you, although we must give shout outs to Huseyin at the pool bar, he went out of his way with his hospitality and ensuring our drinks orders were fulfilled professionally/efficiently and Rein at Bourganvilla bar, was so lovely, coming round to our villa complex throughout the day to check if we needed drinks or ice creams, it was a pleasure to get to know both these team members, although they were very busy at times, they always went out of their way to be friendly and chat with us as and when they could, they are a real credit to the hotel. The walk along the beach towards Side takes approx 40 min from the complex pier, this is something we did on a few occasions, and really enjoyed the picturesque walk along the sea front watching all the activities on the way. Side itself is lovely and if you don't want to go down the beach, the bus stop is right outside the hotel, which takes approx. 10-15 minutes. All in all we have had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone considering booking up. We will most definitely be returning in the not too distant future. Such a beautuful secluded resort, where the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Always sunbeds available, and the evening entertainment is fantastic. Service is second to none, and I even had a surprise card for my birthday, where they set up a special table for us in the evening. Big shout out to the animation team, especially Gunel and Ali, but to all of the staff, who work hard and do an incredible job. I don't say this about many resorts, but it is definitely a place I would love to come back to. Thanks again Turquoise Hotel for such an amazing holiday.

Amazing!! We had a 10 day holiday here and it was brilliant - we got upgraded to a Lake House which was fabulous. Staff are amazingly friendly and can’t do enough for you. Lots of activities on offer throughout the day but no pressure whatsoever to take part. We did aqua-biking, aqua-aerobics and aqua-yoga which were all equally good fun.. Several pools to choose from ranging from a large pool where all the activities take place to a quiet pool and indoor pool. The restaurant is spacious and though it can get busy inside at times there’s lots of outdoor tables available and the food is delicious and very good quality with lots of choice. We really couldn’t fault it in any way - will definitely be back.

II highly recommend this hotel, I was very satisfied with everything. Service, food, rooms are always clean. I don't have any remarks. The whole service was at a high level. I had an amazing vacation.They always welcomed you with a smile❤️
