Side Star Elegance Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

This was our second stay at Side Star Elegance and we have already booked our third for 2026. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed many delicious meals in the A-la-carte restaurants. Sitting overlooking the Mediterranean with a glass of cold Rose was perfect! Location is excellent with lovely walks to Side Old Town. We absolutely love our swim-up room.

This was our third time at the side star elegance and yet again it never failed to deliver. From the welcoming at reception to the staff throughout the hotel, the experience was top notch. Al a carte was amazing, service was excellent, Resturant had a vast variety of food to cater for all tastes, bars friendly with branded drinks, all staff spoke/ understood several languages. This time round we had a swim up room, so relaxing , will definitely do it again, we love this hotel so much we’re booking agin for next yr.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. It started with our arrival when we were given a very warm welcome by the reception staff and taken to our room by a very special young man who made us feel very special. He showed us how to use our safe , the air conditioning and told us what time the restaurant was open. The room was very nice, although we had a room overlooking the street, and it was a little noisy in the night with the sound of traffic going past. The hotel and grounds are huge and we were given a map to show us round. The gardens are well tended and really pretty and just walking through them is really charming. There are lots of activities provided, ranging from exercise classes in the pools and the sea, to competitions for everyone. Every body in the hotel was catered for. The restaurant was out of this world with lots of choices, ranging from freshly cooked meals, salad bars, cheese bars and luxury deserts, you were made to feel like family and well provided for. As well as the main restaurant, there were numerous bars with eateries in and around the hotel plus three specialist restaurants, which you were allowed three tickets to, but you had to book beforehand. There is an Italian, a Turkish and.a Chinese, we tried the Italian. It was a five course meal with drinks and it was very satisfying . There were numerous bars with a varied choice of drinks and special cocktails, which served till midnight although there was one bar which was open 24 hours. I can honestly say that this hotel has left a wonderful memory, which we want to go back to as soon as possible

Efficient check in. Restaurants/Bars 24/7. Very nice rooms, very clean with wonderful maid service. Wide variety of foods. Main dining and ala carte options with wine and drinks included. You need to reserve dates for these nice evenings out of the main dining area, so do it asap after check in. Variety of pools, kid friendly as well as quiet adults only. Great outdoor dining at both Veranda bar and Ficus bar. Cocktails, wine, beer (Effem local brew) available poolside. Great coffee, wide variety - especially enjoyed outdoors of the lobby bar. Overall great experience getting there with Jet2. Antalya airport security very thorough and efficient- screened 4x on the return to UK.

This hotel is worthy of its five stars. From the porters meeting us at the coach to take our bags it was amazing. We stayed for a week in a room with a sea view and it was lovely. The room is gorgeous. It had a t. v. which we didn't use, a kettle with coffees replenished daily. The safe is free, there is a mini bar which had 2 cans beer , some juices and a few cans minerals which are replenished daily free of charge. On Arrival we had a couple of bottles of water in the room and this was replenished daily with a large bottle all free. There is a pillow menu and you can change your pillows as required. When we got to the room there was a bag on the bed with 2 towels for the pool area. They can be changed if you require them. The hotel has a few pools around including one which was an adult only area. There is entertainment at night, again there are different areas for it. There are snack areas which you can use if you are all inclusive. There are fridges around each area with water and juices for all open until 6 pm. The first night we went to dinner at 6.30 in the main restaurant (opening time) but found it to be extremely busy with queues everywhere. After that we went at about 7.30 and it was so much better. There is no shortage of food available. The bar areas are on available on different areas of the hotel and there is no problem getting service with waiters at most areas but you can also go to the bar yourself. If you want to take drinks to your room they will give it to you in plastic glasses which was really useful. What I would say is that it seems to be the norm to tip people there and while they don't hassle you for it, it is much appreciated.. You can use Euro in the hotel and there is a small supermarket onsite. The beach is accessed from the lowest level of the hotel and it is beautiful. Sun beds are also available at the beach with each hotel having their own area. All in all the hotel is just lovely, the toilets are spotlessly clean , as is the whole hotel. Even the pool areas are spotless. The wifi is free for the duration of your stay and is good, we were able to use it even at the pool areas. Make sure you get onto it. If you have difficulty there is a notice at reception giving all the details you need. We asked for a late checkout as we were not going until teatime but the hotel was full so we couldn't avail of one, they did offer a shower room if we wanted but we didn't avail of it. Check out is at 12.00 so not too early. You can only ask on the day you are checking out about late checkout availability. I would go back to this hotel again.

We’ve recently returned after our 4th stay and was a little uncertain as to what to expect after seeing some mixed reviews recently however everything for us was still the normal brilliance. Staff members were always friendly and attentive ensuring plates were cleared and drinks were topped up (even without asking sometimes!) Our rooms were cleaned daily and our fridge was always topped up. We’ve been during the hotels winter concept and summer concept and I would describe April as their unofficial “spring” concept. The entertainment during the evening was indoors (not a problem for us) and the outside a la carte (fondue) was closed - gutted, but this was due to the weather. The food court was open with delicious pizza, waffles etc. Unfortunately there was minimal pool activity so the usual inflatables, pool party etc hadn’t started yet. The main pool (with the slides) has been re-tiled since our last visit in 2024 and is looking fab and the beach bar has also had new flooring. The outdoor kids club has a fantastic new setting and the trampolines have been moved. Unfortunately the playground has gone, I’m not sure if this will be replaced. Food for us, as always at this hotel was a highlight. We ate at the Chinese a la carte which was superb! The outdoor grill was still not open during our visit. There were plenty of ice creams and soft drinks available in the fridges which kept our 5yo happy although we was gutted the soft lemon drink wasn’t available. In a nutshell, in early April, although “summer” concept, the hotel still hasn’t really got going but we still had an incredible time and to anyone unsure after reading some negative reviews, we would say you’ve got nothing to worry about. We hope to return again soon ☀️
