Отдыхали в июле 2023 г. кормят как во всех 4-5* ( 4 раз в Турции). Индейка, рыба, мясо каждый день, десертов много, фрукты есть, но арбуз, дыня не сладкие, черешня кислая. Расположение не очень,нет рядом сетевых маркетов, ни больших магазинов,рынков. Ближайшие через 5 км. Цена 30 лир с человека, в Манавгат 40. Самое ужасное: в номере слабый кондиционер и очень много народу в ресторане,как в школьной столовой на перемене. До моря идти 5 мин., есть подземный и мост через дорогу. Дорога не напрягает, море чистое, место много. На пляже тоже есть бар и хот-доги, фри, напитки разные. Из алкоголь алкоголя только пиво. Сама пила только белое вино, так как оно из бутылки, красное из бочки, оба сухие. Анимация понравилась вечером. Для детей с 21:00- 22:00. Для взрослых 22:00-23:00. Много русских, персонал на ресепшене весь русскоговорящий.Впечатление на 4 в основном из-за много народу, кондиционер слабый, расположение. А так персонал старается, все доброжелательные.

Good day, First of all, I would like to point out that the hotel is not nearly as bad as some reviews describe. On the contrary, it actually meets the services that are advertised. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day; the room itself was nice, clean, and everything was fully functional—from the air conditioning to the bathroom and beyond. The hotel staff, including the managers and waiters, deserve the highest praise for their dedication and hard work. They genuinely make an effort to ensure that everything is available to guests at all times. The beach is fine, although some sunbeds were broken—this is not the staff’s fault but rather the result of careless behavior by certain guests. I would have given 5 stars, but I must reduce the rating due to the impolite behavior of the tall receptionist, who acted arrogantly, mocked hotel guests, and refused to speak English or any other language besides Russian. Moreover, he even ridiculed Russian tourists, which left a very poor impression overall. The same problem applies to local tourists—those who do not speak Russian are denied both information and basic courtesy. If the hotel intends to cater exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, then perhaps reservations should be restricted accordingly. The swimming pool was another issue: the water was not changed once during our 7-day stay. On a positive note, special thanks go to the animator Gamze and the spa center staff for their excellent service. The location is not ideal, but transportation is always available, and nothing is really too far away.

Wonderful experience – perfect hotel, professional staff, great service, authentic Turkish dishes, beautiful music and unforgettable hospitality every day.

It was really good amazing experience the hotel is okey but the activities were the best . There are night shows witch were amazing. And I especially recommend the disco, go find Sisu cuz he is the party face.
