Aqi Pegasos World

В этом отеле второй раз, выбрали его за большую зеленую территорию и прекрасный песчаный пляж. Еда разнообразная и вкусная. Очень нравится анимация - стрельба из лука. Аквапарк и большой бассейн тоже плюс! Нам понравилось - цена/качество соответствует.

It was my first time visiting Turkey and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel, absolutely fantastic! Several different foods at every meal. Service-minded staff everywhere. Many activities for kids to enjoy, show on evening was really good some days and not so much other days! I will absolutely come back I injured my foot and received very good help from the Head life guard the whole time who helped as soon as I asked about it, very kind and service minded person! There were two bartenders who made extra good drinks (Bar maneger) who were the choice to stand in their queue. Thanks for a really good vacation, see you soon again ☀️

From the time we checked in till leaving everything was very good, the food was good plenty of choices, the grounds are immaculate everywhere was spotlessly clean the hotels main selling point however are the staff everyone had time speak to guests, they all were very efficient and knew there job all done with a smile. Big shout to habil the pool attendant he asked every day how we were and if he could do anything for us. We had 3 teens with us who we hardly saw such were the amount of activities available, the beach night club was a big hit, even when the thunderstorm hit they were brought back via a golf buggy to prevent a soaking. Fantastic holiday, fantastic surroundings, fantastic staff, need i say more, thank you pegasos world

Just back home from a week here with the family. I was very impressed with how welcoming, helpful and friendly all the staff were…from the entertainment team, to the restaurant team, to the cleaner, reception etc everyone was very helpful and polite. People couldn’t do enough for you to make sure you were looked after. Plenty of options for meals, food was very good and didn’t want for anything. Really enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to recommend it to anyone thinking of going. Our 2 boys had an amazing time and there was plenty on for them. Well done to the team at Pegasus World and thank you for looking after us during our stay.

Horrid start but got better. When we arrived at this hotel we thought how lovely it was. A young lad working at the hotel took my suitcases and insisted that he took them to my room. Before I could argue he had gone off with them, which was off-putting. I got to my room and he arrived with my cases, I said thankyou and shut the door. He then started banging on my door, so I answered. The boy worker was stood there with his hand out, palm facing up. I knew what this meant, but I only had my card no cash. I explained this to the boy. Bearing in mind I had been travelling ALL DAY and it was 11pm!! He then looked at me and called me a cheap c*nt. I was completely shocked by this behaviour and it was not the best start to my holiday. It really frightened me aswell from how nice he had been to suddenly cold. In future I will always carry come coins just incase.

We spent 10 amazig days in Pegasos World. The staff is very nice and helpful. People from Eastern Europe who don't speak foreign languagues can talk to Krystyna from Guest Service, she will explain everything and she's always willing to help. Rooms are big and comfortable, clean, the air conditioning worked very well. The swimming pool and the slides are great! We had a lot of fun. But you have to get up early to find a place near the pool. The beach is also beautiful, big and sandy. Food is delicious! The main restaurant is better than a'la carte restaurants (we were in Italian and Asian and we didn't like them....) Drinks in the bars are ok, the service is friendly. There are a lot of sport activities during the day. In the evenings you won't be bored either. There are shows, live music concerts and discos. Pegasos World is one of the greatest places we 've been to and we probably come back one day.
