Aqi Pegasos World

This place is amazing!! It felt like you were in the bahamas with all the palm trees and bars around the pool. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food and drink was good. I want to mention our room maid Emine Kaya...she did a fantastic job of cleaning our room every day that we were there. The water slides were well supervised. We stayed for 10 nights, which I would say is more than enough. A week would be adequate if staying here. My son couldn't get enough chips, ice creams, and drinks of fanta whilst there. Highly recommend. Will visit again one day.

We come here at least twice a year!! Absolutely love this place.. very clean, amazing size rooms and the most attentive staff you will ever meet. A 30 seconds stroll onto the beach ⛱️ .. and the food is exceptional. Why this isn't a 5 star I will never know. You need to get up early to get a decent spot on the sun loungers though . Back in October and already counting down the days.

Serkan is an amazing entertainer and done a really good job in making sure my holiday was fun I would recommend anyone to come to this resort it’s amazing , the pool here is massive and well looked after and the staff do a brilliant job in making sure ur looked after and cared for .

The entertainment was really good all so nice and friendly and had a lovely time and enjoyed every last minute of it cant wait to come again thanks to FATIH and brodie

Absolutely loved the entertainment especially fatih and Brodie, Kevin, Sibiu the rest the good management the lot nothing bad to say about the place we have many enjoy bar staff good and good plus the food and even cleaners in the day and night absolutely quality and also bar manager yunus absolutely good with customers

room is lovely. Air conditioning kept us cool. Entertainment brilliant. Children loved the pool. Food was lovely. Serkan singeć was very good entertainment with my children. will definitely look into coming back in the future with my family!

Here at the moment. Hotel is very busy and lots to do. Food and drinks are very good for all inclusive you can always find something. My only complaint is the sunbed situation. Very difficult to get a bed around the main pool unless you get up very early (5am). People put towels down and don’t actually occupy these beds until lunchtime.

The most fun hotel ever! A whole week of non stop laughter all thanks to the entertainment team! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and always went the extra mile to ensure we we’re taken care of! Have already recommended to friends and family and already looking at when I can go back!

Stayed at Pegasos for 10 nights with my family. Booked this hotel due to the "great reviews" and "facilities". Food- medioca there is a variety of choice in the buffet but the quality is not there so lots of wastage. Buffet is repetitive and same food is served in the 'al la cartes'. No table service offered, dirty plates not cleared from tables during meal times. One bar in the restaurant which you have to q for, or help self to water / coffee machine / undrinkable cordial machine drinks. Meal times were chaotic the dining area is not big enough to accommodate the amount of guests. Unused food is repurposed eg left over dinner will be on the lunch buffet in a different sauce ect. Felt extremely nauseous last few days of holiday. There is not a fresh juice station on offer at meal times, they do offer fresh orange juice at breakfast but this is chargeable at 2 euros per small glass. Never known a hotel to not offer smoothies and juices as standard. They have a smoothie bar by the beach but once again this is chargeable between 5-10 euros a glass. Drinks- absolutely horrendous the worst drinks I have ever experienced in my life. Had 1/3 of a cocktail and had a bad head from the cheap spirits. Partner got me a cocktail made rather then out a machine - again undrinkable. There are premium drinks for an additional charge - this is UK cocktail bar prices per drink. The resort has been designed to make it inconvenient to get a drink. No pool bars on site. Bar opening hours are timed to reduce cost to the hotel... as is everything we came to realise. Shops - Whilst it is nice to have some shops on site the design is so that you cannot escape. Want to go to dinner, you will have to pass shops and sales persons trying to get you in, reception same, pool- more shops and sales people. We were hounded constantly even whilst sat at the pool reps would come over trying to get you to purchase xyz experience/ treatment. Found ourselves walking different routes to try and avoid which of course is impossible because they are at every turn. Beach - slats on the sand at the top of the beach these do not go down to the sea. I burnt my feet (1st degree) on the hot sand whilst wearing sandals. The beach bar looks nice but serves the same rotten drinks as the hotel, no food on offer. Pools- great selection of pools at the resort. They cater for all ages and have a variety of depths. The pools are cool but not cold. Large slides are fun for the kids but we noticed lifeguards dealing with constant injuries/ cuts from the slides. Rooms- nice renovated room with ample room. Powerful shower and great Aircon. Bottled water was left in the room every day. No kettle / tea / coffee making facilities was left in the room, nor cans of pop. Found this strange for a 4* resort. You can get these for an additional cost. Housekeeper was lovely and always said hello when we seen her, rooms kept sparkling clean. Evenings- day time is bearable evenings was like a mix of a
