Aqi Pegasos World

This was our thirt trip here! Easy and effortless being. good food for all ages. always clean, both outside and inside. the cleaners do a great job. swimming pools at the best! The area is safe for children to move and play. Excited to see if there will be a fourth time

First stay at a very big hotel and we did find it quite busy at times. Recommend eating later for dinner as it's quieter, but earlier for breakfast. Didn't see fights for sunbeds, but we chose the beach as the resort pool is very cold, and the sea was warmer (get to beach by 11 for sunbeds) Resort is very clean and tidy and staff were really polite. Rooms could do with updating, but all the facilities were good. Loved the free ice creams and chips, and the fact there's a beach bar is great. We didn't do any of the entertainment as my girls are probably too old for it. Food was okay, could do with more variation at dinner (did get dodgy stomach one night, but it happens) We found the clothes/tourist shops staff on site very pleasant and bought lots of stuff there, and in Side old town, which is easy to get to with the taxi rank outside. One negative is that there is no decent supermarket on site for pre dinner room snacks and drinks, the small one on site is very expensive. They provide you with two large bottles of water a day and the rooms are cleaned very well. Overall the Hotel was probably slightly too big/busy for us, but it was half term. It's a great place for families with loads of activities to do, if you're not as lazy as us

We leave Pegasos World today as a family of 4 with two children aged 4 and 9. We stayed for 11 nights. This hotel is brilliant and has everything one person could possibly need. For whatever age too. I will miss having a coffee watching the sunrise on the beach most mornings. BLISS. There are so many pools to pick from and alternate if wanted. Plus waterparks! If you want a bed by the pool. Get up at 7am and you will get one. Otherwise lots of availability and space. The entertainment team work tirelessly and kept our youngest occupied in the kids club and on the dance floor by night. The shows here have been the best I have seen in a complex. My favourite being the Michael Jackson show, followed by the Level Dance team doing Batman and Harley Quinn. Mealtimes in the restaurant were busy at times yes. But that's too be expected in a hotel of this size. The catering and wait teams work absolute magic in turning mealtimes around. I don't understand anyone who has complained about the food here. There is so much variety here and they are very accommodating. The navigation bar food is just next level. The kebabs were a hit with us. In our time there we were given THREE Ala Carte meals which is unbelievable! The Italian was our favourite. Get it booked early. We were worried about the smokers which we had seen on previous reviews but we needed have. This was not an issue at all. Plus there are designated areas for them which we saw at the hotel. The shops in the hotel I found the men in the shops very polite and kind unlike other reviews. The supermarket is expensive so come prepared and organised. The rooms are decent for everything you need. Bathroom a little basic. Beds comfy We are big a family that does not tend to return to the same hotels for holidays, but this one has made us rethink that, and we are strongly considering a return visit. We used the Pegasos Facebook page, the one with BEST in the title. It was super helpful for any random questions. The staff cleaning and maintaining every day. Give them a smile, a hello, or a Thankyou. They work relentlessly cleaning after many lazy hotel guests. Just because you are on holiday doesn't mean you should be a slob. Do your little bit to tidy up after yourself when you are done. The staff loved that our children learned a little bit of Turkish to say please and thankyou. A little consideration and kindness goes a very long way!! A sincere thankyou to one and all of the team at Pegasos World you were so worth the wait.

An amazing resort with something for everyone. The slides were brilliant and the beach bar a haven. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. The Drinks are very basic and although there is a lot of choice at meals times, the food does become a bit monotonous.

So this hotel is quite far from the airport. We had a transfer by couch and it took 1hr 50. I would suggest a taxi but read the small print some stop off for a break in between the journey so defeats the object. Hotel reception Welcoming and friendly Rooms The family room is very spacious large room with huge bed and balcony off that room. On entry two single beds slightly partitioned. Bathroom ok but needs abit of updating but served its purpose. Only disappointment was the safe its not free so requires payment. Wi-Fi Is good but also requires payment you do get 2 devices only within your booking for free but only if you book with a reputable company. Pool is huge we sat on different places one of the days in the area where the music and aerobics are going on. Depends what your preference is. Over all it was clean and toilets and bars were close by aswell. Ice cream Is disappointing it’s more like frozen yogurt. The ice cream that is not free and is around 2€ is actually well worth its so we did purchase this a few times. Restaurant We ate mainly in the snack bar in the afternoon it was easier what with having your swim wear on etc plus it was lovely to have fresh pizza cooked and fizzy drink you could access yourself. The main restaurant There was plenty of choice we did struggle mainly with breakfast so I eat toast. You don’t get bacon or English sausages and the baked beans are hard. Otherwise they have lovely salads and fish and meat days you won’t starve. We had a birthday whilst there and the restaurant manager will go above and beyond for you. He was fantastic and very helpful. Drink Alcoholic drinks were a little disappointing especially the cocktails but again if you want a decent beer or spirit they were ok. The water park is good for the kids it just separates the day for them. There’s shops around the hotel and evening entertainment which isn’t the best some shows are better than others. Two members of our party did fall ill a few days apart sickness and Diarrhoea. we are not sure what this was caused by but I did hear another lady say she had also been unwell for two days. We did enjoy our holiday it was very relaxing the weather was amazing hotel was adequate. Would we stay again ?? Maybe but we do prefer to stay in different hotels and places and I do think you can see the differences in a 5* compared to a 4*. I do think this hotel is good for a 4*.

HOTEL: Pros: Immaculate place, well kept grounds. Gorgeous beach. Cons: Rude reception staff. Location is in the middle of nowhere, luckily, transport is available across the road. WiFi only covers two devices at a time. Expensive on-site supermarket with inflated prices. Off-putting and rude clothes shop staff. FOOD AND DRINK: Pros: Great snack bars, delicious ice cream, Asian night in the main restaurant was good, nice a la carte restaurants, and a hit with the kids - the chip truck. Cons: Main restaurant wasn't for me. The food was okay, but everything seemed to have some kind of juice in it. Off-putting to see so many staff getting their food at the same time. Strange closing time for the main restaurant - 9pm on the dot! If you arrive after 8pm, you get scraps, and by 8:30pm they make you feel rushed and uncomfortable. Staff often lift food away when you're still looking at it. Cakes looked nice but tasted like nothing. Some of the worst spirits I've ever tasted, very cheap. Inconsistent cocktails - one great one, depending on who serves you and their mood. POOLS: Pros: Nice large pool, water park for the kids (although I did hit my head pretty badly), plenty of umbrellas, lifeguards. Cons: Weird pool bed layout - very close together. Design allows for only one line of beds in some areas, causing people to get up at 6:30am to secure them. ROOM: Pros: Good size (we had to upgrade for the kids to have their own room - wouldn't have survived otherwise). Cons: Terrible air conditioning, noisy fridge, paper-thin bathroom walls, smell of drains from the toilet, smallest duvet cover ever (smaller than the bed).
