Side Moon Palace

Animation in hotel are very great. In de morning they say Good Morning. They know you. For children they are also great. At night with the show. Amazing! Food can be more different.

Our family vacation at the Side Moon Palace. We hadden a fantastic holiday at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. The reception at the hotel were verder friendly and welcoming. The rest of the staff were egualy friendly and professional. Our room was nice and clean. One thing that really stond out was the personal attention from the hotel director. It was impressive to see him regulary walging around the hotel, personal cheking with the guests and asking if everything was to our satsfaction. His genuine interest in our comfort and experience made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the meals and de Pool area was clean. We willen definitely return! Peter and Saba from the Netherlands.

Great experience at the hotel especially the entertainment crew who provide several day and evening activities which are all great fun. Such a good friendly staff

This is not a 5 Star hotel and I have stayed in better 4 star hotels too. I have holidayed in Turkey for over 12 years. You only get one key card for the room, no good. If you lose one, they'll replace it. If you lose another or leave one in the room by accident the staff are beyond rude. My friend was shouted at in front of her 5 yr old and a coach load of new arrivals and had to wait about ten mins before a bell boy would let her in to her room, this was because her son was fast a sleep in the room and couldn't hear her knocking. When she raised her voice back at the person who shouted at her he shouted back 'don't speak to me like that, woman'. We spoke to the night manager, reception manager and not one of them apologised for this behaviour. Didn't speak much English and basically said I'm off duty now, good bye. Couldn't care less. Doesn't make you feel very safe when you have spent thousands being there. My friend left and got flights home early. Whatever the mistake, the management never apologise! We had a cicada in the room vent, no apology, no resolution, we could have moved rooms but it wouldn't be an upgrade but a cheaper room with no cost adjustment, just put up with the noise. Awful. Luckily it seemed to go after 3 nights. We booked a superior pool room view room, it was adequate but there was no water for the kettle until we asked, no hooks in the bathroom, no bathrobe, no drawers at all just shelves in the wardrobe so everything looked cluttered and a mess. The air con turns off every time the balcony door is opened. There are also no baths at all. The description on the websites says bath/shower. The bedding is also just a tea towel ....rough sheet no quilt or proper blanket. It doesn't cover two people we asked 3 times for more bedding and we had to go to the cleaner direct and literally pull them off the cart. The food is also shocking. There is a choice of food but most of it isn't appealing. I've eaten food across 3 continents and this has been the worst even the bread rolls were tasteless. The queues are long. One night they had fish which was ok, the sushi was nice enough but you need to get there early in the evening!! No pizza, the spaghetti sauce was just water and ketchup. One night we all pretty much ate chicken nuggets and we were fuming. It quickly became a disappointment going for our meals rather than exciting. There is no drinks service at the table, you find your own table and crack on. Last Feb, we stayed at Limak in Belek and the meal times were lovely with waiters who served you drinks and got your table ready, not here though. This hotel is only a year old and staff are miserable! Not a smile, if you said thank you they would just scowl still. I'll eat most things but I often left hungry and unsatisfied. The omelettes were nice, there's a toasty machine, the cereals were poor, they did have nice honey and the pancakes were good too. If you like tea, bring tea bags, no English tea at all. It was Great times. We stayed totally 3 Weeks and we loved so much the place looking so luxury and elegant. But the most important point about the place ıs theır Entertainment Crew. They are doing a Great job. They are always looking after the guests. And being so helpful.

The entertainment team is really friendly and entousiastic. The are very active and nice to everyone. The shows are nice. The are always present in the hotel.
