I went as a last minute booking and tagged onto my daughter and her friends holiday. I have never been to Turkey before and never been all inclusive before. Just a 5 day break. First of all the photos of the outside of the hotel are very misleading. The photos make the hotel look large and impressive but in actual fact it is just the square box stuck onto the impressive next door hotel. The photos make it look like there are lots of outdoor pools, in fact there is only one. There is a baby pool and a splash pool at the bottom of the slides but only one main pool. When I arrived in the middle of the night I was given a room that was so close to the next door hotel that I could almost shake hands with the person on the opposite balcony. I went down and explained that I have no privacy. I was told to go to reception after 10am the next day and ask again. I went and spoke to the manager after 10am and he told me to come back at 3pm and he will move me which he did. I was then facing the hotel on the other side, but at least they wasn't so close. The first night there was no entertainment. There was a kids disco in a downstairs meeting room and they put a table up where they served drinks in plastic cups. I refused to drink out of plastic cups unless round the pool obviously so I went to the next door hotel. The rest of the holiday night life was in the reception area where the kids disco went on untill 9.40pm The adult entertainment was poor and the power cuts were numerous. But we made our own entertainment. Don't waste your money on a swim up room. The pool and your patio area is in the shade all day and consequently the water is freezing but the plus side is you have the whole pool to yourself. The main pool, half of it is in the shade most of the day and the other half goes into the shade about 3.30pm If you like to relax by the pool don't come here. They have music blasting out of the speakers and next door hotel also has their music blasting out of theirs so you are there trying to chill, relax and read your book while listening to two lots of rubbish music at the same time. My daughter wanted some activities during the day like next door hotel had but when she asked she was told they don't do activities in October. At the side of the pool where the sun lasts longer should be on grass but isn't. It's mud. When it gets wet from the pool it turns messy and has green fungus on it. See photo. Yuk. The gym is in a great spot high up above the pool and the river, there are some weights but the cardio machine's are broken and unsafe. They look about 20 years old. Such a shame because it could be popular. See photos attached. No staff go up there to clean so the bin has overflowed and people leave towels and stuff in there. My room was spotless and was cleaned and tidied every day. Every night I slept really well because it was so quiet.
