Mentre questo è un hotel più vecchio, (pinto su pittura) abbiamo trovato la posizione era grande, sulla passeggiata acqua, grande piscina e tubo caldo. Il personale non poteva essere più piacevole e accogliente. Usavamo la suite con due adulti e tre bambini. Il letto di divano non è male (il suo letto di divano), due regine erano comode, noi lo amavamo.

UUtente ospiteVery clean hotel, was very pleased with front desk lady Margaret, she was very friendly The lady at the breakfast bar during our stay there was very friendly every morning and always greeted us with a smile every morning, We noticed one morning at breakfast that she was laughing and teasing over a special juice blend she makes- it was nice to be around such friendly atmosphere The food was always fresh and hot Room was clean Enjoyed our stay allot Would recommend to anyone

Ddhklein1This horrific experience occurred this past weekend, January 26-28. We were advised prior to our arrival at the Hilton Garden Inn by family who had checked in earlier that the hotel had NO hot water. On arrival late Friday afternoon, we asked about problem and was told that heater had been fixed and that water was being warmed and would be hot later that day. This turned out to be a complete lie! When we called the front desk the next morning at 730 am after finding only a cold shower, we were told that the heater had not been fixed but that plumbers had been called. We checked back to the front desk mid-morning and were told the plumbers were still coming but hadn't yet arrived. We checked back again early afternoon and was told the heater would not be fixed until two days later. Apparently parts weren't available until then! I asked for our rooms to be comp'd but was only offered a free buffet breakfast and a $50 one night discount. I told the front desk manager Rick Ring that was not adequate given that I was told on check in that the problem had been fixed and that front desk staff lied to me. Ring responded that $50 was the maximum discount he was authorized to provide. I asked Ring to speak with the general manager Catlin Naser who was off site but access was denied stating he wasn’t available. Hard to believe that the general manager couldn’t be contacted if there was a fire or worse! I asked without hot water how did they clean dishes, etc. used for breakfast which was to me a sort of a disgusting, unhealthy thought. I mentioned that I led a group of ten families who had stayed at the hotel before and would now would not return but that didn't matter. I am a frequent traveler. What I have encountered problems like this in the past, my rooms are always fully comp'd and alternate hotel, which is also covered by the hotel without the hot water, is offered for the stay. Feels like the owners of this Hilton Garden Inn are dishonest or have gone cheap and don't understand importance of good customer service. Or if they do value good customer service than there is a failure in the management and training of their employees. In any event, we with our ten rooms will not stay there again. We will seek reversal of charges through our credit card company. I will report the food health and safety question to Florida Health next week, when their call center will be available. With this review, we hope all will beware of this Inn until their management changes. Bad place and bad people. PS After posting this review, we witnessed another irate guest who “wanted his money back” which was refused by the front desk. He apparently had not been told at check that was no hot water. The shouting match went on for about fifteen minutes ending with the front desk threatening to call the Sarasota Police. With choices, why spend your money here? Honesty and integrity matter.

UUtente ospiteVeniamo da Montana per la laurea di mia nonna La nostra soggiorno di 5 giorni era grande. Le camere sono un po' date ma molto pulite eravamo al piano inferiore di fronte alla piscina. La camera era molto tranquilla senza rumore dalle camere circostanti. Parcheggio ampio, vicino ai ristoranti, stazione di gas, Hwy 301 con facile accesso agli shopping. La tariffa era grande, rendeva il nostro viaggio super conveniente. Ci è piaciuto la vista sul lago Lovelee, l'hotel ha offerto coupons per i ristoranti vicini che erano molto benvenuti. Il manager era un po' corto con mia figlia e ho sentito che lei o qualcuno vicino poteva aver alimentato l'alligatore che viveva sul lago. So che erano poco occupati, e poteva essere un po' sopravvalutato. Non sono sicuro dell'alligatore, ma ho avuto un bel video quando mi ha visto nuotare proprio per me. C'è una pendenza che si separa dal lago, quindi mi sentivo abbastanza sicuro. Non mangiare gli alligatori e penso che questo sarebbe un posto per stare.

I was very happy when I entered the room to find the floors weren’t carpeted, the room was clean, I was able to get restful sleep in a very comfortable bed. Thank you, Matt Erickson, for your kind attention to my reservation and requests during my stay. In addition to Matt and the owner’s excellence, I want to give kudos to the housekeeping staff. UUtente ospiteIl personale di ricezione era in gran parte inutile e non interessato. La linea di check-in era lunga - tutto perché il personale di ufficio doveva accedere a 2 computer e 2 stampanti per ogni cliente. L'ufficio stava gonfiando e lasciando un cattivo gusto nelle nostre bocche. L’esperienza migliorò da lì. La stanza era decente, molto quello che si aspetta per il prezzo. In generale, la stanza era pulita e non si sentiva obsoleti. La TV lasciava molto da desiderare, era piccola. Le letti erano anche medie - non la più confortevole ma nessun dolore di schiena al mattino. Di gran lunga la parte migliore era il servizio di custodia quotidiana. Da 2020 non si vede più che da nessuna parte, anche alberghi carini. Il quartiere dell'hotel è piuttosto brutto, ma si trova a circa un chilometro da LECOM. Penso che questo è quello che si arriva a Bradenton se non si sta abitando sull'isola di Anna Maria. In generale, si può fare molto peggio. Via veloce 30 minuti alla spiaggia e 10 minuti alla zona di fronte al fiume.

CCory GoinsPer quanto riguarda questo posto, l'acqua calda è sorprendente, soprattutto a mio parere, secondo i canali televisivi erano infiniti. A volte le persone che si siedono fuori a bere e bruciare caldaie sono veramente amichevole .... A volte non dovete andare dentro e sperare che non si alzino **** il vostro veicolo. Tutti in tutto sono stati una grande esperienza nella vita per poter con le persone diverse.
