We called to ask for an early check in, but the hotel was not able to provide. Then we assured them that we will be on time at 3:00 pm and asked then to ensure the villa to be available at that time, for which the hotel confirmed that it will be. After arriving at the hotel at 3:20 pm, we were surprised that the villa was not ready and they are still cleaning the room. After multiple attempts to speed things up, they switched our villa with another one which their guests were already checked in. After arriving at the villa, we saw luggage of the other guests that checked in inside the room, Attached you will see the picture.

We stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Service overall was exceptional. The villa is amazing but could use some updates( we learned that half of the villas are undergoing renovations and will re-open with a more modern and luxurious feel) We had Arabian bbq dinner for two which was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a feast with wonderful service Definitely recommend for couples. It was definitely a getaway.

Resort is quite secluded away from any kind of nightlife, however, provides a different concept of luxury and privacy. Due to the resort undergoing extensive renovation for rebranding purposes, alot of the venues were not functional. Only one F&B outlet was available but we didn't use it.

The resort is under renovation, most of the resort is closed, however it should open the new renovated section by the beginning of 2023 according to the resort staff

viaggiamo molto e sceliamo sempre hotel di gamma alta.devo dire che il primissimo impatto mi ha un po sconcertato per aver trovato tutto spento tranne l'ingresso alla lobby. mi sono immediatamente ricreduto trovando uno staff di primordine e assolutamente dedicato a soddisfare ogni necessità ospitalità al massimo ottima colazione servita in villa, villa immensa con piscina meravigliosa direi una piacevolissima scoperta la presenza di un cantiere interno non ha comportato alcun disagio. raccomandatissimo

Impecable service, the hotel and amenities are absolutely new and modern, the stuff is friendly and professional, the food is great, the hotel is very private. I honestly was impressed in all senses. For sure I ll be back in the near future. I totally recommend it.

We had an excellent experience at Raffles Hotel in Bahrain. We came here for our anniversary and it was just absolutely amazing. The service which we received from all the staff especially Suleman was exceptional. Thank you so much for making it memorable!! Highly recommended!!
