The staff was really professional and very helpful the location was great we had a room with see view the pool was nice but not so lit the room looked really nice but the furniture is really old and the room cleaning was not 100% good I found so many insects

La struttura è stata fantastica, mi è piaciuto molto cenare in camera 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, consiglierei davvero questo hotel a tutti coloro che vorrebbero soggiornare in Bahrain, vado a fare una passeggiata esplorando in giro per essere onesti, tutto è davvero chiuso per te quando sei stato a questa posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per celebrare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio.Il servizio generale è stato eccezionale. La villa è sorprendente ma potrebbe essere utile alcuni aggiornamenti( abbiamo appreso che la metà delle villa stanno procedendo a ristrutturazioni e riaprirà con un senso più moderno e di lusso) Abbiamo avuto una cena arabe di bbq per due che era assolutamente deliziosa. La colazione era una festa con un servizio meraviglioso Sicuramente raccomanda per le coppie, sicuramente è stato un guaio.

nice and clean hotel. The porter (pakistani gentleman) was very friendly and helpful, he helped me to carry my luggage to my room and stored my bag in the luggage room. I wanted to say thank you to him on check out date, but he wasn’t there when I picked my bag up…

I enjoyed my stayed. Although I had problems with my hot water which wasn’t working and because of that instead of them fixing it, they moved me to a lesser room which was really upsetting. Even worse they gave my room to someone else when they told me I’ll be moved back to my room after a few hours once their team had finished fixing the water. I was very disappointed.

It was great, from the staff cooperation till the quality of the services with the small details attention. Thanks to the staff and the management。

L'hotel è molto pulito e minimo, il colazione è delizioso e il personale è molto amichevole.

Crown plaza is a very good hotel, close to the old market, mosque and national museum, and right opposite to the avenue shopping mall/Bahrain bay, also next to the World Trade Center. Hotel has 5 star service facilities and hospitality. Got free parking dine in and night club. Better than it looks anyway. Will happily stay again!!! Best food we had is the lamb rice in the spicy restaurant … yum😻
