Ashapuri Village Manali - A Luxury Resort & Cottages

I was an employee of Ashapuri village but the F&B manager of the hotel Mr Toli misbehaved with me and he hit me badly after which I took a complaint to the general manager of the hotel and told him everything about what Toli did to me and how he misbehaved with me. The general manager checked the cameras in which it was clearly visible how Toli misbehaved with me. Still nothing was said to Toli nor any action was taken against him. On the contrary I was told to change my department or the hotel or resign and leave from here. Whereas it was clearly visible in the cameras that all the fault was of Toli. Still the management did not take any action against him. And the shameful thing is that Toli has also looted many guests. You can guess by looking at this review that how much money has been looted, still no action has been taken against him. This is the management of this hotel. After all, what is the management of this hotel looking at? Guest is being looted. Girls are being misbehaved with. Still the management is not taking any action. It is not taking any charge, it is a matter of great shame, please do not choose this hotel for work or for staying because the management here is not good at all, due to which something bad can happen to you too, pay attention.

Very excellent property, every was good - rooms, food, housekeeping, service, Room view was good, amenities excellent. Lalita mam at reception was also very helpful. Overall very good experience, staff was very polite and helpful also.

We stayed for four days in Oct'24. It is a 4 star level hotel with excellent view of river from room balcony. Foods were also good. But the most attractive point is the travel assistance provided by the hotel. They had arranged travel company - Jamdagni Tour & Travels from Manali for sight seeing including Rohtang pass / Sissu / Atal Tunnel/Hampta pass. I have not seen a better tour agent and driver than this anywhere in North India. Driver Saurav and the owner of the travel agency Praveen were excellent and well educated. Saurav accompanied us to all nature trails in Jogini falls, Sajla falls, Hampta pass nature trail on his own, mingled with our kids and played the role of a well educated guide. The agency never asked anything for this additional service. Right from Chandigarh, the entire travel was enjoyable and hassle free thanks to this travel agency. Hotel service was also excellent & they had provided packaged breakfast during our departure as it was in early morning. The only issue i could remember is that on the last day, the hotel had organised a wedding reception inside the premises. The noisy group disturbed the serene atmosphere of the resort. This slightly spoiled our last day stay at the hotel. Apart from this, the entire experience was excellent, highly recommended.

Hotel is very nice and clean with one of the best views of Manali. Food quality is on the top level with lots of variety.. all staff is very friendly and helpful specially ishu form the reception. There was Nthg more I could ask for.one of the excellent hotel I hv seen..

The stay was super comfortable and pleasant. The staff and their service was amazing, they were also super friendly. Everything about this hotel is good. The view and the food was good Overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel neatness was top notch And the service was quick and neat

Food, resturent and service was awesome, they give breakfast packed when you have early morning plan, staff is really good, Mr. Tolhi Thakur resturent manager was really co-operative and excellent at his service and special thanks to him for arranging surprise Birthday party....
