Snow Valley Resorts & Spa Manali

Close to nature , very Nice स्टाफ, very good for family stay spl. For kids. The rooms were same as they shown in pics .. spacious rooms with all amenities .. garden area was very attRactive and beautiful.... service was fast, food was tasty .... thank you rekha ji... Nice meeting you...

starting off with the outdoors ; pleasant atmosphere, rooms and bathrooms are clean, good central heater ,and amazing food! the heater kept going on and off but overall a great experience and good stay!...the hotel campus is good..second floor and third floor there is place for sitdown and the view is nice

The Duplex room wherein we stayed was indeed a very great experience. The day earlier, there was snowfall across all over Manali and we had a breath taking view from this location. The views from its terrace of the snow capped ranges with snow all around in its private play area had been simply next level. My daughter enjoyed playing in the snow in the private play area of this great hotel. Location is as well good but we did faced a small issue while reaching the hotel . Even the hotel has an inhouse arrangement for Snow Shoes which are available on rent and Ankush was very kind enough to help us with the same while charging a nominal rent of Rs.200 per day. Also Ankush was readily available for all the assistance sought, a very nice resource, all I can say Rated a star less only for the following reasons 1. Reaching the hotel when there is snow all around seems quite difficult as there is a steep road near the hotel. We got stuck at the Old Manali gate with our car and the luggage (only 4*4 vehicles were able to access the hotel, a bit expensive stuff). We were 10 mins away from the hotel )and asked the hotel staff to help us with some inhouse transport to reach the hotel but they simply denied. Then I called the Goibibo team and asked them to intervene and then things got sorted wherein the Hotel staff, after a call from Goibibo, arranged for one of its staff to get our luggage to the hotel. 2. I ordered Punjabi Food but the same was not up to the mark. But my overall experience with the hotel was great and definitely worth a recommendation.

The entire stay was good. The room service was prompt and the food was delicious with variety especially the Pani puri made by the chef on the counter in the dinner buffet. We really enjoyed the music and karaoke programme during dinner time. Children really enjoyed the kids play and the indoor games. All in all it was a good experience.

It was nice stay, we enjoyed lot, Nice rooms, tasty food, nice location , nice hospitality, room size is big with mountain & garden view, centrally heating available in room's, game zone available for children’s, music band play in restaurants

It was very pleasant to be there...the location and view was awesome..staff nd service was too good...best hotel for stay with upto date facilities...would love to visit again as soon as possible...would rate both the hotel the one in Shimla (Snow Valley heights and this Snow Valley Manali with ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
