When I entered the room the room was not cleaned.The bed sheet was torn there was no proper service.When I ordered the food it was 3 hours late.The charging point was not working.The bathroom was very dirty they also theft money from my friend's purse when we were out of the hotel

The mountain view from the room and terrace was very beautiful and the hotel staff was too helpful. It is close to hadimba temple which saved our time for travelling lots of other things, nearby to explore like eat out points and stalls for shopping. The food in hotel we had was also good in taste and value for money.

the hotel was ok interior wise and location is good, walkable to Mall. But i had difficulty sleeping because of how close the room was to the road and i could people until late night and car horns beeping. though hotel overall is reasoably maintained for budge hotel.

Overall i would like to say this is what we all call a family hotel
everything in this hotel was according to the needs of every type of family staying there. The only thing i didn't like was the food which was average. Rest assured i would like to say thanks to the owner and the staff for acting like a complete team. Nice stay
very highly recommended for families!
