Our stay at Bookmark Resorts Manali exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed! The resort's picturesque location amidst the breathtaking beauty of Manali's landscape and Most Definitely The Himalayas View immediately captured my heart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, offering spacious and elegantly designed rooms that provided both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. My time at Bookmark Resorts Manali was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

The accommodation was superb with a fantastic view of mountains from my balcony. The rooms were spacious, and clean with all amenities. The air conditioning was good. The WiFi signal was excellent. Room service and Housekeeping services were excellent. The staff was well behaved, well mannered and prompt in service. An exclusive dinner for my family and friends was arranged on our request in the hall near the Bar by Anil and Sachin . It was a memorable experience. Mr. Sanjay Badola- the Resident Manager was always ready to solve our queries with a smiling face. The food during dinner and breakfast was hygienic and delicious. The swimming pool was well maintained and our children enjoyed swimming there. The spa was excellent with great relaxation of body & mind. I want to stay again in this property for a longer duration to rejuvenate ourselves.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the service throughout was consistently good. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, always available whenever we needed assistance. One of the highlights was the delicious food served at the hotel – every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Tip: Definitely go for a room with a mountain view – it’s absolutely worth it! Waking up to that serene scenery was a beautiful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a peaceful stay with great food.

The property is in the best location and the team here is very cooperative and polite.The view from our balcony was mesmerizing and the breathtaking scenic view and we directly saw a snow in the mountains from our balcony. The food was very tasty and I highly recommend everyone to come to the manali and vist this property and there was also a swimming pool in which the temperature was maintained and we had a lot of fun in this property.

The property is in the best location and the staff was very cooperative and the food was very tasty i highly recommend u all tho visit the property when we talk about the service they provide the best service I ever imagined and the view from our balcony was amazing and the straight away we were able to see rohtang pass and jogini waterfall and we were able to see the snow from the balcony.

What makes a property loveable is it's ambience it's food it's location it's price but the most important thing is it's hospitality which gives you real human touch and let you feel special.. although all the staff is amazingly good at their respective duties but I want to raise a tost specially for Ms Nisha at restaurant..she was at her best to initiate every possible action to make you feel home..thanks again for your wonderful service..looking forward for next stay here..

We had a great time at the resort. The staff were very polite, the ambience was beautiful, and the variety of items in high tea was exceptional. The Chef and his team were absolutely outstanding. And GM ***** with his team were great hosts. We highly recommend a stay at the Bookmark Manali.
