Our stay at Bookmark Resorts Manali exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed! The resort's picturesque location amidst the breathtaking beauty of Manali's landscape and Most Definitely The Himalayas View immediately captured my heart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, offering spacious and elegantly designed rooms that provided both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. My time at Bookmark Resorts Manali was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

It has been an average stay with Bookmark but basic and essential things were missing. I have booked two Premium rooms with balcony but one of the room has water leakage from AC. I have requested two times to fix the issue but they were unable to do so. The hotel is not well prepared for Power Outage. There were multiple times unexpected power outages in three days of my stay. Though the location is nice, I found the rooms pricey as the hotels nearby are half the price for what I have paid. Also, restaurant hygiene was missing as there were many flies. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was excellent and staff was polite and helpful. If aforementioned things are corrected and the price is reduced, then Bookmark can be one of the best hotel of Manali.

Nice hotel, cooperative staff. Missed swimming pool which was under maintenance during my stay. Good breakfast options.

It was a pleasant stay, rooms are good. Food is fine but can be improved further. Can add more varieties in breakfast buffet

The hotel is average with food and stay both. Only good thing is location. The staff of the hotel at buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are below standard. Whenever we are taking anything in buffay they are looking at us in a suspicious way as we are stealing the food from their buffet and even whatever includes in buffet they are giving very less and their behaviour is making their guests feels uncomfortable. So don't stay in this hotel at all as they don't care about guests in their hotel.

This is one of the most pathetic hotel to stay. Service is zero. They are charging money and don’t give service. Breakfast they will charge and in that spread is hardly anything. Room is too small. Pols avoid this hotel strictly otherwise one would surely regret. Location there’s too steep so you won’t find auto too and not advisable for families too. Staff is extremely rude

A very good experience, was bit tensed as my kid was not well but the way mr. Vinod( gm of this hotel)came and supported us. A very big thank you to him. ***** with him suraj and peeyush will always try to make your stay comfortable. Thank you every one for making our trip memorable.

Nice service and food... specially Mr. Suraj bisht.. thank-you all staff members of bookmark manali rooms are really good, breakfast was awesome and the staff behavior is so gentle & familiar. I will visit soon & recommende to others visit bookmark manali.
