Hotel in zona Plaza de la Paz, Vida y Esperanza, Managua

La cartella mi ha recuperato i soldi dopo che ho pagato sulla piattaforma di viaggio sostenendo che la piattaforma le dava solo il 27 % e mi ha recuperato 31 dollari più dicendo che la piattaforma non annuncia che ha due tipi di camere una con ventilatore e l'altra con a/c e vale 58 dollari a/c la zona della piscine sporca l'acqua della piscine verde in fine l'hotel è come negligente

È stato buono offrire colazione al prezzo, ma scomodo perché non c'è asciugacapelli

Es un hotel que lo tiene todo: buena ubicación a minutos caminando de CC Galerías de Sto Domingo, buen gimnasio, buen desayuno, buen WiFi y una cafetería y restaurante al lado. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias.

The facilities are nice BUT they are lacking good service, It’s just just not there. Let me tell you from the beginning this place is NOT LGBTQ friendly, I spent a night here with my partner and the staff was very rude and kept looking at us in a very judgmental way, nobody gave us that welcoming feeling you expect from a place where you visit for the first time specially if you’re paying for the service and expect great things. From the beginning there were many issues. As a 5-star Hotels Forbes Trainer I can tell you they need to fix many things 1. The front desk staff is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about packages and what’s included in the price I booked my reservation online and never received any confirmations nor any details via email, I had to call the hotel and ask for them to process the reservation. Again the front desk lady knew nothing about it and had me call Marjorie? For more details. 2. They did not give me any details about breakfast when checking in and we missed it. The front desk Lady was rude and dismissive she did not provide any details about the services and where to find stuff around the hotel. 3. They did not give us the welcome cocktail 4. I asked for a different wine than the one included in the package and even though they couldn’t change it for free, they still did not offer me another option even as an extra cost, which I would’ve pay for if offered 5. During dinner, the server was so worried about 2 men enjoying their romantic package that she messed up my order and brought the wrong plate (never apologized for it) 6. The servers at Azul are rude and just not welcoming. Customer Service it’s just not present, it’s just plain rude and horrible service. In the end they have the facilities and they’re nice but they’re lacking great staff and great service. NOT recommended at all specially if you’re local, if I ever come back it might be just because of the American set up they have in most of the facilities but not because I was happy during my stay.

Il mio hotel ha un volo di 6 ore, e ha un colazione a partire dalle 4:00, e ha solo 5 minuti di auto per il terminale. E 'anche in un quartiere aperto, che mi ha fatto sentire molto meglio dopo aver visto le strade di Managua. Il cibo era buono, hanno un bar. Camera abbastanza fondamentale ma abbastanza bello. Molto impressionato da quanto facile e sicuro questo hotel è per un layout a Managua

Questo hotel è situato lungo la strada dall'hotel e dispone di un servizio di navetta 24 ore su 24. Sono molto pronti nelle loro risposte via WhatsApp. Il letto è comodo, la camera è pulita e il wifi è abbastanza veloce per le chiamate video online. Un con è che non potevo mai ottenere l'acqua calda per lavorare nel bagno, ma vivo in Nicaragua, così sono abituato a fare docce fredde.
