Tadrai Island Resort

Fantastic place for holiday with great view and good service. The food they provided was yummy, taste better than most restaurants in New Zealand. Highly recommend!

這裏什麼都沒有，坐船1個半小時自己買船票，孩子15歲 到了酒店不讓住 説未成年，但還不退房錢，又讓我們住他們酒店的另外一家連鎖酒店 條件很差的酒店 我們堅決不去，最後他們説 可以住 但孩子衹能呆在房子 不讓出門 我們下午4點到 就一直讓我們在大廳等着 不讓進房間 太黑了才同意讓住 非常的不人性化，住了兩晚上 給我們多要了1000斐濟幣，孩子連房間也沒出來，我們也沒心情玩了，很糟糕的一次體驗感，而且他們酒店宣傳的特別好 其實就五棟別墅 很小的一個度假村，什麼玩的項目都沒有，不值得來，尤其那個**女主管，假惺惺的裝着像個好人 偷偷問我孩子你們父母是做什麼的，説不會給你要加錢 象徵性的給一點 最後訛了我們1000，再也不會來這裏！

設施：房間內設施還行，部分傢俱有點老舊 衞生：房間裏面還不錯，但是衞生間在外面，會有蜥蜴🦎小蟲子 環境：每天就像在天堂，打開窗户就是波光粼粼的海 服務：服務非常好，每天早中晚都吃的不錯，可以去探索不同的小島和沙灘。會有專門人帶你划船，浮潛，負責你的安全。

工作人員很熱情 但是趕上了下雨 很多活動沒體驗到

Oh Tadrai! You were magnificent. We were staying on the coral coast mainland and made a last minute reservation for one night at Tadrai. My only wish was it was longer but they were booked. The villas are amazing. The staff top notch. Everything is included. They took us to private island for Picnic and sunset and sand bar for relaxing. We had massages, relaxing milk bath and kava ceremony. The staff were all like friends we had know a long time. Food was excellent. Highly recommend!!! It made our trip to Fiji. Thank you Nancy, Freddy, Frisco, Sam and the others I can’t recall all their names. But everyone was great!

Beyond expectations,the team takes care of all your needs,food,boat trips , drinks,all inclusive. They greet you with songs , serenade for our anniversary & goodbye chants . Amazing people, beautiful secret spot,very serene and peaceful place

The Tadrai is phenomenal resort well worth 5 stars. From the quaint villas, beautiful beach, outstanding staff and amenities, it is a great place to sit back and enjoy. I must say that all the staffs members are so friendly and warm. They go above and beyond in every way. They truly are what make Tadrai so special. Nancy, the assistant manager is one word: phenomenal! Asa the bar/restaurant manager is superb and makes sure guests get what they need. The villas are very clean and the housekeepers leave beautiful messages made from palm leaves on the bed daily. Such a sweet touch. I absolutely recommend the Tadrai for couples who want to get away for a relaxing time whether for a honeymoon, birthday, anniversary or just because!! You won’t regret it.

We are so grateful to everyone at Tadrai for giving us such a special and idyllic holiday. We were lucky to spend 5 nights here and enjoyed every minute. We feel sorry for anyone who had a less than 5 star experience. Our experience was better than 5 stars. The bures are huge and have everything you could need. If you fall asleep with the doors wide open you get to wake up to the most spectacular sunrise and stunning view. You don’t need a sandy beach right at the resort because you can be taken to your own private one every day if you like. Or walk around the corner to a stunning sandy beach if you really need it. Not only that, but the reef out the front of the resort gave me my favourite ever snorkelling experience- the wonderful Freddie took me out as my guide for about 1.5 hours of pure bliss. Speaking of, as many others have mentioned, the staff make this resort so truly special. They work so hard and yet always have energy left over to make you feel so welcome and looked after. I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have such brilliant all-rounders on their team and give them the credit they are due. As a vegetarian, Charles, Sam and Moses went out of their way to make sure I had something I wanted to eat. The food they made was not only delicious but wholesome and healthy. Unlike other all inclusive places, we didn’t leave feeling sick from overly, unnecessarily rich food. We were so well looked after by the fabulous F&B team - thank you Asa, Kasi, Vika, Vani and all the others we didn’t get to meet. The day trips are so luxurious and personalised. A special thank you to Kasi for being our literal hero, and the wonderful Rocky, Api, Masi, Freddie, Tiko and anyone else we missed for the best activities we have ever had on holidays. Thank you to darling Lavenia for the warmest and sweetest welcome and for resolving any minor issues immediately. Thank you to Nancy and Nash for all they did behind the scenes. Thank you to the gorgeous Lela who went above and beyond to look after us and make our room so special. Thank you to awesome Frisco and polymath Sam for serenading us and bringing so much joy. Thank you to dear Carlos for taking such good care of us. And thank you to the countless others including Johnny, Lassaro, Magi, Izzy, (sorry if I got any names wrong!) and all the ones behind the scenes working so so hard so that we could switch off and have the time of our lives. This was the single most amazing resort I have ever stayed in. Never have I felt so cared for on a vacation as I felt at Tadrai. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were perfect. We had the honeymoon of a lifetime! I had high hopes for this trip only to have them far far exceeded at Tadrai. They put so much care into orchestrating our trips, providing us with group and private excursions. The food was AMAZING. We slept like a dream, woke up to glorious sunrises, were serenaded, waited on, and just deeply relaxed. Back to the staff... I could have stayed at a 7 star resort and not have felt as genuinely cared for as I did at Tadrai. The true heart that eveyone put into their work made the already stellar accommodations rise to the level of beyond exceptional. Thank you so much Tadrai, you will forever have a place in our hearts.
