Arrival: Staff member at gate could not identify me by name but eventually was able to confirm I was a guest when providing confirmation number of my booking. Staff at the entrance of the hotel extended a warm welcome. Ambassador Bonvoy recognition: upgrade to a larger corner room. 2pm late check out request honored. Continental breakfast buffet only - the only St Regis property I have stayed at that doesn't extend the full buffet as part of the elite breakfast benefit. Room was large and spacious with a tranquil outdoor patio area that unfortunately was impacted due to the loud construction noise from new buildings being erected on site. Thankfully the room had very good soundproofing so while the outdoor area couldn't really be used during the day, at least the interruptions weren't a problem when indoors. Good space for work or dining though a lack of chairs for relaxation especially given the outdoor area was off limits due to drilling. Loved the massive bathroom space. The spa area is lovely and the staff are very nice. I had booked a fairly expensive spa package well in advance and arrived half an hour early for it. Upon arrival I was told that the two nail treatments I had booked would not be happening. I understand that stuff happens but they had almost the entire morning to contact me about it. They extended a discount for service recovery, which was a nice gesture for the inconvenience and were flexible about adjusting the remaining treatments so I could maximize preferences. I ordered food and drinks at the bar. I didn't have a reservation and even though I just planned on being quick and arrived before opening, I was not permitted to sit at any of the tables (all reserved) and could only sit at the bar or outside. I found sitting outside with food to be fairly stressful with the opportunist birds that you have to keep watch out for so I preferred to be inside. By the time I left only 2 or 3 tables were occupied. It seemed silly to refuse to seat someone who was going to be quick because tables were booked for later. The food was surprisingly tasteless given how much oil appeared to be in it. The bar tenders were consistently helpful and the service was excellent. Overall a nice property with some imperfections that probably aren't material to management because they are crazy busy with enough guests as it is.

La maggior parte del personale è molto amichevole e utile. Molto consiglia di chiedere a Luis Carrasquill al ristorante Waters Edge. Egli andò di sopra e di là per farci sentire come se fossimo la sua unica tavola, ci trattava come una famiglia, era un piacere vederci ogni mattina per colazione, ricordava le nostre bevande e li avesse pronti per noi!

Il Fajardo Inn è stato molto amichevole e il personale è stato molto amichevole. Tuttavia, vale la pena ricordare, se si rimane fuori della stagione alta, la piscina e il bar piscina saranno chiusi. Inoltre, non è possibile entrare nella proprietà prima di entrare (4PM) fortunatamente abbiamo potuto ottenere un check-in precoce, ma inizialmente la guardia di sicurezza non ci avrebbe nemmeno lasciato andare alla proprietà per parlare al desktop front about check-in precoce.

È la prima volta che abbiamo visitato l'hotel e non c'è dubbio che torneremo. Abbiamo fatto visita con i nostri figli di età inferiore a 10 anni e le nonne. Uso attrezzature di mobilità e abbiamo avuto accesso a tutti per il piacere. Le strutture e le opzioni di attività: piscina, foresta Pterocarpus, parco per bambini e il fuoco a notte erano eccellenti e il cibo era delizioso. Il buffet a Trova delizioso. Anche il pranzo nella zona della piscina. La cosa migliore di tutta l'esperienza è stata il servizio e il personale dell'hotel, tutti ci hanno trattato in modo estremamente speciale. Xiomar e Carlos Serrano ci hanno fornito il trasporto e quando ci siamo chiesti cosa si potrebbe fare con la sedia a rotelle, entrambi hanno detto che non si preoccupavano, troveremo un modo e così hanno fatto.Grazie a ciò, sono riuscito a esplorare la foresta con la mia famiglia! Kelvin Sanchez a Trova ci ha servito entrambe le mattine a colazione con grande gentilezza. Non ho potuto vedere Bryan a Servizi Ospiti, ma ha risposto tutte le mie domande al telefono. Gabriela ci salutava al divano e dal momento in cui siamo arrivati ci fa sentire speciale e anche se non potevo catturare i nomi degli altri, tutti letteralmente uscirono dalla loro strada per fornire un buon servizio. Condivido l'idea che l'hotel sia senza contanti, quindi è necessario portare denaro per poter fare il punteggio. Un suggerimento sarebbe avere più casse da campeggio butterfly per la vendita, perché sono gratuite, ma la quantità è limitata e solo per i bambini. Se non arrivano presto e non si escono, sarebbe bello avere l'opzione di acquistare.
