Akrogiali Beach Hotel Apartments

This is the second time we have stayed here and we are already booked for a third time next September. The main reason we love this place is the location. If you have the seafront rooms you get amazing views of the ocean and pool. The rooms have everything you need and the apartment we have has a large lounge area and separate bedroom. The shower is huge and the facilities are great. There is a pool area that has a number of sunbeds and seats. We always tend to have a sunbed on the beach. You have to pay for sunbeds but most hotels along the front do the same. We didn’t eat in the restaurant or drink in the bar but will give it a try next year. If you are looking for a great location that allows you to get into Old Town, Malia and Stalis then this is a perfect location.

We stayed here in September after visiting the beach a few times on previous trips. We had a look round and the rooms were amazing. We booked the Deluxe Apartments on the seafront which had hot tubs. The view across the ocean was amazing and waking up every morning to the sound of the sea and view was lovely. The rooms have everything you need, they are large and spacious and have everything you need. They have a kitchen area and large sofa. I can not fault the room and the facilities and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely but the sun beds do tend to get saved quite early but most people sit on the beach. There were a couple a things that niggled me, the first being that you have to pay to use the beds on the beach when you are staying at the hotel. The second thing was we had a coffee and breakfast on the first day and then never ate and drank in there again as when they served the coffee it was half full so when I asked for it to be filled up they said as they had to push the button twice they would charge me double, a very strange thing so that stopped us eating and drinking in the bar and restaurant again and we ate next door. We are back again this year and can’t wait.

We went to Akrogiali Beach Hotel on the recommendation of friends. Apartment was good, every day they room was cleaned. If we wanted clean tools every day it wasn't a problem. From the apartment 1 minute walking to the pool and bar. And from there you almost could touch the see. Friendly people behind the bar, in the kitchen and of course Lula who is friendly every day (same as the rest of the staff from the bar, kitchen and cleaning). Every morning good coffee, nice breakfast and lovely people (also you my brother from another mother). Thanks for giving us a wonderful time at Kalia with nice drinks, food and laughs (and good recommendation for diner/restaurants). I came here with 11 of my friends and we had the best time. The hotel is very close to everything we needed and the beach was right next to it. The staff were so friendly and gave us everything we needed to make our stay most comfortable. The rooms were lovely and cleaned really well everyday, and our balcony had a lovely sea view. i definitely recommend these apartments to any family or friends thinking of going to Malia.

Goede appartementen.Schoon en netjes.Geen klachten hierover.Wel even bijhouden wat je gebruikt aan de bar bij zwembad.Ligt aan zee dus zeewind is er altijd .We waren de laatste gasten van 2024 en was te merken.Alle app. werden leeg gehaald.

Schone en nette kamers op een rustige plek in Malia. Het eten in het hotel is heerlijk, net als de huisgemaakte cocktails. Het hotel is ruim, maar niet zo massaal als een all-in resort wat mijn partner en ik in het verleden hebben gedaan, maar echt zat waren. Dit hotel was daarom een verademing. Het meest bijzonder is het personeel, dat je vakantie echt onvergetelijk maakt. Eigenaresse Lula en haar staff zijn zo ongelofelijk lief en gastvrij. Ze denken en leven met je mee. Niet opdringerig, maar juist heel fijn en gezellig. Dat was echt de kers op de taart, die persoonlijke contacten. En dat slaat aan. We spraken mensen die er al 10 keer eerder waren geweest, en dat begrijpen mijn partner en ik helemaal. Het is echt een aanrader. Lula & staff, efcharisto! Ook voor het spelenderwijs leren van jullie taal. Hopelijk tot snel.
